Having visited the area several times for business over the past year, I was very pleasantly surprised to discover this hotel this time. It exceeded by far my expectations. Right on the national road from Kelcyre to Permet, plenty of parking space, very friendly and flexible staff (they took the time and care to call me for my arrival time, so that they could turn the AC on in advance for me to find the room warm) . The hotel as a whole and the rooms were very clean. New, modern furniture. The breakfast was plentyful and very enjoyable. Will definitely book again.

Spacious and comfortable room, interior is in-line with the entire building. We had great breakfast and got prompt help if we have issue with the improperly used/booked parking lot preventing our leave. Worth to mention they are improving, comparing to the previous reviews, because they already have pay the room by card option, not only cash.

The location was excellent. It was close to the center with all shops and restaurants nearby. Our host Yohan was very nice and helpful and escorted us to a parking nearby. The breakfast was very good with tea/coffe, homemaid youghurt, fried eggs and toasted bread.

The room with the balcony was really nice. You can hear the river at night, if you sleep with an open windows. You get a lot of help via whatsapp and there is safe and free parking at the house. I enjoyed my stay a lot! (Don't trust google maps to get to the house and don't be scared away, because the last few meters to the house is a gravel road, but you can do it even with a small car.)

The girls at the reception and the restaurant were very helpful and understanding. We made a morning trip to the hot springs and came back late for the breakfast, but we were served full breakfast anyway. The breakfast was great and the service was excellent. Also the rooms were spacious and comfortable, free parking right near the hotel, and the building itself - atmospheric. We really enjoyed our stay there.
