We had absolutely lovely stay at Mushegh’s apartment! The flat is very spacious and has everything you need. It is located in the quite neighborhood, in the 5th floor with an elevator. The bus stop is around the corner, you can get to the city center in about 10-20 min, depends on the traffic. The metro station is in 10 min walk, there are several currency exchange points on the way. The grocery store is 5 min away. There are also same restaurants and cafes around. Musheg was very kind and willing to help with anything. My parents arrived very late, and he met them around midnight to give the key. There was no problem with paying the next day after the arrival, because we didn’t have any cash yet. When I was leaving, he and his son helped me to call a taxi. It really felt like home there, we will defiantly choose this place, when we’ll come again ☺️

Everything was super! Guest house is located in quiet part of Yerevan but with good connection to metro. Rooms are modern and clean, breakfast were home-made and delicious. Owners are really good-hearted - one of the reason to come back to Yerevan. :)

This studio is indeed remarkable! Its contemporary interior, fully equipped kitchen, and a charming balcony are truly delightful. The bed guarantees a restful night's sleep, the sofa pillow covers emit a fresh, just-washed scent, and the bathroom is in impeccable condition. Its prime location provides convenient access to transportation, a grocery store, and shopping options. I would certainly contemplate returning or recommending it to anyone in search of a high-quality urban retreat.
