Absolutely everything was marvellous! Dori, at check in, was so professional and welcoming! And Karina at the restaurant was very thoughtful and even made a call in to reception to ask them a question for me. Such kind, helpful staff and what a gorgeous property! We will definitely be back!

Villa Franz Josef is perfect, i would like to go there again with my family. Flat is very spacious, there is everything you need. Owner had no problem with late check out. It was almost Perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, warm and cozy. We brang our dog and received a little welcome package with dog mat, bowls and few treats. That was really nice touch. The breakfast was having enough options and staff was kind. :)

The room is new, big and clean. Location is great, we can easily drive to different lake area and go to the forest for a walk.

Very friendly and helpful host, stylish and comfy apartment with all the facilities you might need and a gorgeous mountain view. Grocery store and eateries within 5 mins walk. Close to Wolfgangsee (exceptionally clean and warm water). An ideal place for both an active (cycling and hiking) and a lazy holiday - we did both and will surely come back :⁠-⁠)

We had everything we needed: free private parking, free fast Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and our own shower and toilet! It was very quiet, a few minutes' walk to the lake, where you can take a boat ride. There was a nice balcony with a table, and there was a supermarket nearby. I recommend it to anyone planning a vacation in this area!
