Villa Franz Josef is perfect, i would like to go there again with my family. Flat is very spacious, there is everything you need. Owner had no problem with late check out. It was almost Perfect.

The apartment is fantastic! It’s very quiet, well-equipped, and spacious. Heidi, the host, provided excellent service and was incredibly accommodating. I’m very sorry for our delayed check-in on Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding and hospitality!

I booked this place for me and my mom who is retired. We loved everything! The location was perfect - a quiet place surrounded by nature close to Wolfgangsee. This accomodation was exactly what we were looking for. The view was breathtaking, the apartment was very nice, stylish, spacious, very clean with everything we needed - a balcony, a comfortable bed, AC, all the amenities for cooking, making coffee, watching a movie, etc. There is more than enough storage room for unpacking. It was very quiet - we didn't hear other people around us. And the most important part of this enjoyable experience - our host Thomas. Very kind and caring person. He communicated clearly and was very responsive. He even left us a welcome note and let us use his parking lot in garage which came really handy. We will definitely come again! 🤗

Especially sauna was excellent. Interior design was beautiful with all nice wood work. Nice separate Bike locker room where many power outlets for e-bike charging

Wonderful apartment. Tastefully decorated, spotless, fully equipped and good vibes. The views from the balcony are beautiful and peaceful. It is near the lake (3 minute drive) and has easy parking. Would definitely recommend!!

Lovely place. The staff was very Nice and the apartment clean and cosy. Perfect location for swimming in the Lake and hiking in the moutains.

Great location, bakery, super market and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The apartment is spacious and very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped. A definite bonus is the lift! I'd definitely come again!
