The man Lewis is very friendly also the rest of the staff Unlike other places in Austria in Salzburg and Vienna I stayed in people were not as friendly and welcoming as Lewis and his staff I would come back if I could with no second thought

A wonderful, super charming hotel nestled between the mountains with breathtaking views. The breakfast was simple and didn’t offer a huge variety, but every ingredient was incredibly fresh and sourced locally from the Nextdoor farm, which made it truly special. I will definitely come back again. A special thanks to Georgina at the reception for her exceptional hospitality and warm, friendly attitude. She made my stay even more enjoyable.

We arrived very late and the host was great, getting us checked in and taken care of. Rooms were simple, clean, big and comfortable which is all we needed. It was great value.

Vanessa, Alexander and Sophia were absolutely wonderful. Vanessa cheerfully helped with booking glitch even though she was super busy in restaurant kitchen. She is a dear. Alex was was accommodating and sweet and Sophia was so nice at breakfast. Loved the place. Absolutely charming. Beautiful place. Extremely well kept and clean. Great Hospitality!

Clean, comfortable, owner is very communicative and checking with us, also very thoughtful to turn on heater before we arrived. The chalet is very cute, tidy, functional, yet very remote. It's only accessable with car, only 25 minutes away from the ski slopes we are going to so, for us it's a hidden gem. The cat hanging around the chalet is so cute too. The place is very functional, modern with heated floor, strong wifi, washing machine, dish washer, induction stove n oven. Heating was very practical and living in both floors are very comfortable.

Absolutely perfect location just across from the most beautiful castle. Also had an invigorating, steep walk up the road to the ice cave, which was unfortunately closed for the season.
