Hotels with Parking in Caversham

Modern and fresh, had all you needed

Spotlessly clean and tidy. The host was very communicative and understanding of my very late arrival, they even put the light on! Great value considering The Ashes were in.

The size of the rooms, the beautiful interior, the gardens.

Very spacious & comfortable

Location is good. Deco is classy. Room layout is well thought. Cosy place

Comfortable and clean place with a kind host - will visit again if I get the chance 😀

Great location, next to train station. Bar and restaurant is lovely, convenient bottle shop too. Staff friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are really lovely, high ceilings and loving decor. We really loved the hotel.

This is a very nicely decorated apartment in a nice neighbourhood. The beds were comfortable and it had the added bonus of an en-suite to the master bedroom. Nice that the car was parked in a secure place .

We had a wonderful stay at Tranquil Tree View during our family holiday in Perth. The property truly lived up to its name – it was peaceful, surrounded by beautiful greenery, and offered a serene environment perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. As a family with young children, we especially appreciated how spacious and comfortable it was. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was cozy for evening downtime. The location was great – quiet and private, yet conveniently close to many attractions like Kings Park, Caversham Wildlife Park, and the Mandurah Dolphin Cruise. It also felt very safe and family-friendly, which gave us great peace of mind. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend Tranquil Tree View to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly place to stay in Perth. It was a home away from home – we hope to return again!

Clean, comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Location was good & easily accessible.

Good location, clean comfortable house with garage . Well equipped abd opposite a park for dog walking. Will definately book again.

Love the environment. Quiet and chill. Super relaxing. Great place to stay away from the noisy and busy city life.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. The house was spotless and maintained in tip-top condition. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The host was outstanding, always checking in to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. Their kindness, warmth, and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. One feature we really appreciated was that both bathrooms came with bidets, which was a huge plus for us. The house also had heaters, making it warm and cozy during the colder weather. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed, including pots, pans, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer, making it perfect for families or longer stays. It also has two TVs, including a separate TV in the kids’ play area, which was a great bonus for our family. The neighbourhood was quiet, peaceful, and very safe. The neighbours were friendly, and there was no noise at all, allowing us to relax completely. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Swan River, South Perth Foreshore, Sir James Mitchell Park, the iconic Blue Boat House, Kings Park, Elizabeth Quay, and Perth CBD - all just a short drive away. Overall, this is one of the best accommodation experiences we’ve had. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again when visiting Perth!

It’s was homie and warm feeling

Reception staff was brilliant!

A great place to stay near the airport, with exceptionally friendly staff.

Room was immaculate and comfortable

Very clean and spacious, close to the airport. Our flight arrived very late at night and we need a place to have a good night rest before we start our tour the next day. Very friendly staff Comfortable beds Clean and have all the basics we neededfor a night

It was an overall wonderful experience; I booked last minute as my travel plans changed. I was told that it is peak season and that all worthwhile accommodation would be booked up, so I really did not expect much. But I was so impressed with location, room and the bonus for me was the wonderful outside pool and jacuzzi area, location close to the airport, it gave me a feeling that I was in a resort rather than a hotel in the middle of town. Thank you Country Comfort Perth. I will definitely stay with you again.

Has the free shuttle option which is helpful, staff are very kind and accommodating

Spacious room, great location to Optus Stadium or airport and very friendly staff
