Hotels with Parking in Cleveland

It was a very comfortable stay.

Very convenient location. Fairly spacious room. Great bed. Pool looked good and clean though didn’t use. Handy to Raby Bay restaurants and Coles shopping centre.

Host was awesome and the place was really quiet. Highly recommended

Central to where I needed to be. Staff were very accommodating and polite and happy to help.

The host was particularly generous with excellent provisions

Lovely home and close to softball fields

The manager was verry easy to work with and to resolve a water leak

The apartment was conveniently located to our family, in a gorgeous and quiet neighborhood with lots of birds and the occasional wallaby sighting. :) There was a private entrance and undercover parking. The rooms were very clean and super comfortable with A/C and ceiling fans along with a huge bathroom. Rosanne was very helpful when needed. Loved the “welcome board” message. Terrific experience and we would definitely book again. Thank you!

The property was really dirty, with parts of it unfinished. Eg: paint work not finished, curtains not functional, no opening windows. Dirty unfinished tile work in shower. Was quite a disgrace.

Very clean and everything I needed. Quick response to questions by a friendly host, clean comfy bed perfect location for me. Great value!

THE PROPERTY OWNER SARB IS A LIAR AND DISHONEST CHEAT!!! THEIR BATHROOM HAD NO DRAIN HOLE AND IT FLOODED PAST ANKLE HEIGHT INTO OUR BEDROOM FLOOR AND INTO THE LIVING AREAS. THERE WAS NO WHERE FOR THE WATER TO DRAIN. THIS DODGY GRANNY FLAT DOES NOT MEET BUILDING REGULATIONS AND I HAVE ALREADY REPORTED THIS BREACH OF BUILDING CODE AND NON-COMPLIANCE TO REDLAND CITY COUNCIL. SARB ADVISED US ALL CONSUMABLES WERE FREE, THEN DEMANDED IMMEDIATE $40 PAYMENT FOR USE OF CONSUMABLES AT CHECKOUT. SARB MISLED AND LIED TO ONLINE CUSTOMERS IN BOOKING.COM AND OTHER ADVERTISEMENTS STATING THERE IS ONSITE PARKING WHEN THERE IS NO PARKING ON SITE AT ALL. THERE WAS NO SECURTIY FOR OUR CAR DUE TO NO AVAILABLE PARKING. WHEN WE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SEVERE BATHROOM FLOODING, SARB TOTALLY IGNORED OUR COMPLAINTS AND NO APOLOGY WAS OFFERED FOR OUR TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. SARB REFUSED TO RESPOND DESPITE OUR MULTIPLE EMAILS SENT. WE ESCALATED THE COMPLAINT TO BOOKING.COM AND SARB FURTHER LIED TO BOOKING.COM BY DENYING ALL HIS WRONGDOINGS. SARB'S CHARACTER IS GREEDY, DESPICABLE AND SHOWED NO KINDNESS NOR COMPASSION FOR CLIENTS THAT SUFFERED A HORRIBLE ORDEAL DURING THEIR STAY AT HIS GRANNY FLAT. HE DISPLAYED VERY RUDE, UNCARING ATTITUDE, DEFIANT AND LACKS ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE WELBEING OF GUESTS. IT WAS A VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE TO STAY AT THIS DODGY GRANNY FLAT! WE SPENT THE WHOLE NIGHT AND MORNING MOPPING UP EXCESSIVE FLOOD WATER WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS. SARB HAD THE GALL TO LIE AND DENY THE OCCURRENCE OF THE FLOOD! HE LIED TO THE PUBLIC HERE AND TO BOOKING.COM. HE REFUSED TO ISSUE A REFUND TO US DESPITE BOOKING,COM'S REQUEST FOR HIM TO DO SO. IF THE FLOODING DID NOT OCCUR, I WOULD NOT HAVE BOTHERED TO REPORT TO THE REDLAND LOCAL COUNCIL FOR HIS BREACH OF THE BUILDING CODE, THIS GRANNY FLAT IS AN ILLEGAL UNSAFE BUILDING DUE TO BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY LACKING PROPER DRAINAGE WHICH IS A SEWERAGE SAFETY AND HYGIENE ISSUE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GRANNY FLAT TO MY DOG!!!

This was the perfect place to stay whilst attending a two-day sports competition at the Sleeman Sports centre. It was quiet, comfortable beds, plenty of space for a parent and two athletes. It has a well-appointed kitchen and we appreciated the washing machine to wash sports uniforms for the 2nd day. The host is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
