Oh, we loved the place so much! This is exactly what you need if you want to get away from crowds and stress. A quiet place with beautiful interior, with a bedroom, kitchen, living area, a spacious bathroom and a big terrace with BBQ facilities and siting and dining areas. We had all our meals there, on the terrace, listening to the birds and enjoying the serenity of the place. The hosts, Julie and Rick, are amazing. They sent us so much helpful information about the property in advance, like how to get there and what we were going to find there. They also provided us with a lot of different teas and honey, real ground coffee and different pots to make coffee. The kitchen had everything to cook and eat meals: stove, oven, kettle, pans, utensils, different plates and bowls, etc, even baking trays for those who want to roast or bake something. Julie and Rick also gave us some advice as to what we could see around, and Rick took us to show us koalas sleeping on the trees next to the property. Also, Julie and Rick put a lot of effort in creating a thick and detailed guidebook about their property available to guests, including the history of the place and how they built it, and so much useful information about the surroundings. We had a wonderful stay and we will come back for a longer period.

Amelia's place is even better than we were expecting from the photos. A quiet little nook with really lovely vibes - It was perfect for a refreshing, calm, clean, relaxing evening during our crazy full-on road trip. She's an excellent communicator and it was a pleasure to have dealings with her. We also really appreciated all the info she left on how to use the oven and little things which were really easy to do to keep the place energy efficient, etc. We would definitely recommend a stay for couples or families looking for a comfortable, easy place to chill out. Warm reception after a stunning drive through the hills by the owner, a run-down of the property, and I was off to look at the beautiful waterfall down the back a mere 5 minute walk away. Waking up to wildlife outside to greet you every morning along with spectacular views made the trip indeed worth it. Country experience well delivered.

Location was great 500m from town. Lots of parking on street but it felt secure. Nice cottage B&B feel. Beds were ultra comfortable, sheets were velvety, plenty of bedding to feel warm in July, comfy pillows and mattress. Room had air con, tv, brand new bathroom, hot water. And outdoor facilities, verandah and chill out garden were very nice.
