Very welcoming. As we are elderly people well into our eighties, we were given the room with easy access to our car park lot. On top of that the room was well appointed and extremely senior friendly with safety features in bathroom including bath seat (as it was specially designed for guests on wheelchair)

The staff were so considerate of my situation from time of booking to time of departure . I was getting discharged from hospital on my booking day , i rang and they had a room on ground level all ready for me in the morning which was great. Bed was super comfy , nice and clean, room looked renovated so was nice and cosy . Close to westfield shopping centre . I will book again if the need arises .

The hotel was very nice and the location was just great, near to coffee shops and restaurants, that made our stay even better we didn't need to go far to look for food. Overall, our stay was just great 👍. Victor was just awesome. He is a very nice host.

I am in a wheelchair & due to not being in a accessible room we requested extra towels to place on the shower floor as it was very slippery. The manager went beyond giving us extra towels she upgraded our room to a one bedroom apartment with a disability bathroom. The upgrade was of no extra charge to us. We were so grateful for there kindness. The staff are very pleasant and extremely helpful. When visiting our daughter we will always stay at Quest Moorabbin. Thank you to the staff for making our visit a lovely stay. Nicole & Lee Richardson
