Great place to stay while working. Good location.

Great location and catered for our needs

Pristine location, scenic views for breakfast. Good kitchen and very quirky innovations done to the place for comfort by the owner. Also a great experience seeing the wallabies and paddymelons A very well maintained property

Breakfast was included with my stay. There was a wide variety of breakfast meals to choose from at the property's restaurant. I enjoyed the river front view and seeing the duck families waddle by. The lighting in my room from the covered wall overheads was perfect for reading in bed. I also liked the bed spread cover. Very smart looking and a nice woven fabric weight to sleep under. And there is a laundry room on site. with 2 washers and dryers.

Exceptional. Great service and overall an amazing experience.

Homely feeling, beautiful location, near to stores, kitchen pantry full with all accessories and condiments you need for cooking

Its a lil hidden gem if you want to be in an unassuming property don't judge the book

♡ The Friendly Staff ♡ The Great Food ♡ Great Location ♡ Room was basic, clean and practical

Exceptionally clean and warm, nice quiet area close to everything

The location is very good and there are few tourist attractive locations nearby. Super markets and restaurants are in a couple of minutes drive away. It's a very nice and convenient place to stay anyone visiting to Hobart.

We spent four nights in this tranquil cottage. It was serene with gorgeous views. The house was well equipped with all the necessities. More cookware would have been advantageous, as we did feel limited when cooking meals. The property managers were attentive and responsive. Even dropping off essentials such as salt, sugar and glad wrap the following day as requested. The only other thing I could fault is the feather down pillows were rather uncomfortable, completely sinking down which didn't provide much neck support. Especially after four nights. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for families or groups of friends. It's a nice place to unwind, relax and soak in some nature.

it was really clean and cosy! there was everything that we need and the scenery was breathtaking as well!

Big & clean with nice view

close to the city center, great view of the mountains and habour. four big rooms, perfect for friends and family.

Lovely place. Short distance away from shops, restaurants and night life. Close to lots of activities too. Amazing views from the balcony and the upstairs rooms. We will definitely check availability here next time we plan to come to Hobart!

Love the grandness of this mansion. Our family room was in an attached annex at the back of the house and was newer, very modern, extremely clean and roomy, all rooms have access to a gorgeous garden area which we love sitting at in the evening. During December, the sun didn't go down until 9 PM. Loved everything about this amazing place, the manager was also very helpful. Woolworths is just a short drive nearby, but not much else around this area to explore.

Very good breakfast. Great staff at check in.

Value for money . Good location n comfortable room.

Room was fabulous and we got free late check out till 2 o'clock.

What is not to like about this - we stayed multiple times :) Breakfast is amazing, staff super friendly, rooms nicely equipped, clean, top location to walk everywhere... We love this hotel and highly recommend to book one of the rooms with a view, totally worth it. We had in-room dining couple of times and enjoyed it so much.

Extremely clean location and spacious room.

Clean and comfortable hotel. The team ia friendly and helpful.

Food in the restaurant was fantastic
