The hosts are daughter and mother. Mother only speaks French, so we talked mostly with the daughter. She is very hospital and kind, and contacted us a couple of times about our arriving time and asked a couple of times if we need something. actually she prepared everything. all the information is printed out on paper in 4 languages, even in Dutch. So we know exactly what we may do and should do. very clean and well organized. I am a mother, I really like her way, I felt really warm till the last minute we left. Really appreciate it from my heart.

Everything was amazing. We spent only one night (unfortunately), because we wanted to visit Orval (which is very close, 10 min by car). Mayka and her husband were so nice, that you feel like home. The place is very quiet, well maintained and so beautiful. The room has the perfect size for a couple, and it is very comfortable and clean. And don't forget to have the breakfast provided by them, with local products, it was delicious. Thank you both for our amazing stay!! We will definitely come back :)

Beautiful place, cozy and warm, impeccably clean. But the most important element is the service. Both the hosts and the staff were genuinely kind, trying to make it easy for our family, adapting to our wishes (kids do have some...) I recommend it wholeheartedly. PS. The area is also very nice.

Great welcome for a second time at the Hotel Florentin. The rooms are clean & comfortable + the breakfast is delicious. On top, the staff is very helpful and polite even sent back my shoes (which I forgot) back to the Netherlands.
