We loved staying at Lovna Residence. The staff went above and beyond, the location was outstanding with great walks around and also very close to Devin. The room was lovely, warm, clean and tidy. The food there was also great with all homemade natural bio products. I can’t wait to stay there again, highly recommend it. Also very peaceful and tranquil

Very nice hotel with quiet, clean, tidy rooms, friendly, helpful and polite staff. There is a spa center for relaxation. All these at a very reasonable price. I recommend it for vacations if you wish to take a break, run from the busy daily life and "recharge your batteries" 🙂

Beautiful house and grounds. Lovely small swimming pool. Younger staff are helpful and speak reasonable English. The rooms were clean and functional, but see comments about the bed.

Great hotel, room clean snd comfortable, pool was indoors and warm 29 C, private parking, close to the centre and our dog was welcome.

We stayed there for 3 nights, from Saturday to Tuesday. It was good value for the money, and I would rate it 4/5 The facility is fresh and new, with a good location The food is homemade and fresh, and the guy working in the restaurant in the evenings was very polite The spa is clean, with separate zones for kids and a deeper area for adults 2 cats on the territory 🥰👍🏻

3N restaurant was so clean, spacious and well organised. The menu was very rich. Staff was very friendly. SPA centre has various facilities and water was hot.

María and Emil made us feel at home. He made sure the chimney fire was going all day. We gave us fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and grapes from their garden (amazing tomatoes, Maria!). The house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked with a separate fridge for each room. The common area was very cozy.

Fantastic guest house, after reading reviews from other guest's experiences i chose here, suffice to say all the positive reviews are absolutely correct, to be honest you would struggle to find a better place to stay in Devin for the room offered so close to the centre and the price. a perfect combination! I enjoyed Devin, the area and the guest house so much a stayed a second night :-) As previously mentioned, the rooms are large and immaculately presented and a bonus kitchen if you like to self cater.

everything has been very nice. Starting from the room that is well equipped, and good quality amenities, the entire hotel is very clean. The restaurant has been the best in the village. The present in the room with the complimentary fruit plate and the personalized message was a big surprise. Thanks to the Team which has been professional and educated....all includes from the first step to the last. The program organized for the March 3rd was amazing.

Lovely place and location. Very beautiful house with a nice view over the city. I just rented a room with two beds and a bathroom, but that was all I needed. I very much enjoyed my stay. And the hostess was very kind and helpfull. The price was good. I would stay there again.

1) Location: at the city center, right next to swimming pool, free parking, restaurants, and the best banichki in the country:); Perfect exit point to major hiking routes near Devin. I highly recommend Devil’ hiking pathway, Devil and Yagodinska caves, and Waterfalls canyon; Facilities: clean, nicely furnished, big, cozy rooms, free coffee machine, excellent view from the terraces. Designed to make you feel both at home and milion miles away from it; 3) Extremely welcoming and nice host, despite our late arrival. He introduced us to the vibe and heritage of Rhodopes mountain and gave us valuable advices to make pur stay even better.

It is a very beautiful apartment, high standard, newly renovated, with a nice view. Good beds, nice balkony, save and quiet. A Minimarket at the corner and helpful landladies. All the best for you and we'd love to come back and stay longer! Thank you

Great value for the money. This was the cheapest offer in town. Great choice for sleepover. We were satisfied.You can even use the spa in River resort. That the place we picked up the keys.Staff was very friendly.

Everything was fantastic and far exceeded our expectations!!! Newly renovated apartment (felt like we were the first ever occupants) on the third floor of a quiet low-rise building overlooking the end of the pedestrian zone and two high-rated restaurants (Starata Varba is right on the river and should not be missed). The place is squeaky clean (!), spacious, and well appointed. The host, Leven, is very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He has not spared expense in materials, furniture, appliances, amenities (incl. the best room darkening curtains), linens, and the sweetest bathroom I've ever seen in Bulgaria!
