Great breakfast and shuttle to the airport. Very helpful reception staff.

I stay there at least 5 times a year. This hotel always changes for the better. Staff training and customer care is the tops. They go out their way to help. Always a pleasure to use the hotel. And will continue.

Very organised hostel, warm and very clean, very good staff

I had a wonderful stay at Sofia Hotel Central. Everything was excellent! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect central location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall service was outstanding. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

BG Hotel was a delightful surprise for my first visit to Sofia. The hotel is brand new, and while it's not located in the city center, it's easily accessible by both metro and bus. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, but the highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast—absolutely amazing with a wide variety of options every day. I would definitely stay here again!

Incredible views and spacious rooms

Everything. Staff, rooms, breakfast, parking. Very clean. SUPER A+

Clean room, nice staff, good breakfast

Maison Sofia is a hidden gem in Sofia. The hotel is beautifully designed, and the service is impeccable. The spa is a must-visit, with a wide range of treatments to choose from. I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated.

The staff allows us to stay for few hours after our booking ended since our flight is at night

Spacious, clean and quiet room! Comfortable bed. Breakfast was very decent!

The Hotel is next to the Airport, free transfer, breakfest included, clean and hot rooms, very good caffee.

Close to the airport; kind staff, taking care of all details to make your stay pleasant; delicious desserts at the restaurant; sauna and fitness for free; big rooms with all facilities. Special thanks to Lubo & Valq at the reception desk!

everything was fine, very nice staff, thanks for the beautiful stay

The rooms are set in around 10 Villa's with well kept gardens in between them. The environment is super peaceful and green. It is like being in the countryside but still you are a few kms away from the city center of Sofia. The breakfast was great and the restaurant room is very styleful with lots of wood , warm environment. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. I will be back !

Hotel Anel is unique. It is filled with quirky statues and art. Everywhere one looks, there is another thought-provoking work of art. The decoy is bright, intriguing and adds enjoyment to one's stay. The rooms are huge & superbly designed & the staff were friendly, efficient & happy in their work. They were all a credit to the hotel.

Great service and friendly staff.

Wonderfull experiance. Good breakfast! Friendly staff! Cozy room

Very helpful, friendly and polite staffs! The room was extremely clean and was equipped with everything you would expect from a Grand Hotel such as bathtub, work desk, amenities, bathrobe, slippers, etc. The location is fantastic as it is walkable distance to tourist attractions, famous Bulgarian restaurants and metro stations.

Real value. Delicious food. Comfortable rooms. It's right next to a park and the university. Great swimming pool.

The staff were so friendly. The room was so spacious.

Nice room, very convenient workplace, good breakfast

The room and facilities are in a good condition and maintained very well. Good location and 15 minutes walk distance to all attractives.

Super clean, helpful reception staff, lovely shower, comfy bed, warm radiator, gorgeous view, authentic local settings, cheap fully stocked shops everywhere, beautiful views of V mountains, close to metro, cute little park with cannon and very safe even at night.

Everything was perfect Location-Staff-Breakfast-Room

Great location, modern rooms....

The hotel is conveniently located. The train station, bus station, metro station, and trolleybus stop are directly opposite the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly, especially the lady who greeted us at the reception desk. Breakfast is available from 7am, which is very convenient if you want to do a lot of sightseeing.

The Abrazo Sofia Hotel, located in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, left a wonderful impression on us. Situated just 1 kilometer from the train station and 6 kilometers from the airport, this 4-star hotel offers many advantages. The hotel's interior is incredibly beautiful, designed in dark tones that give it an elegant and luxurious appearance. The hotel provides a 24-hour reception, room service, and free Wi-Fi. There is also a fitness room and a restaurant on the premises. If you arrive by car, the hotel offers private, secure parking in a garage for an additional fee. It is recommended to book the parking in advance, as leaving your car on the street is not very safe due to the proximity of the main road. The hotel offers various rooms, all of which include breakfast served as a buffet. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection of fresh products: fruits, vegetables, cold cuts, cheeses, scrambled eggs, bread, yogurts, sweets, and much more. There are also hot and cold beverages, including very delicious coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We booked the best room with a hydromassage bathtub for four days. The room, measuring 19 sq.m, features panoramic windows, a large double bed, a desk with a big TV, a minibar, a small fridge, a seating area with a sofa, armchair, and table, a wardrobe with extra blankets, robes, hangers, storage space, and a safe. The room also includes a bathroom with a toilet and shower, free shampoos and body gels, and a hairdryer. There is a separate room with a hydromassage bathtub that opens onto two balconies: one with a city view and the other with a garden view, both equipped with chairs and tables. Surrounding the hotel are cafes and shops, and just 400 meters away is the Women’s Market, where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, and much more. The hotel is simply wonderful. It was so good that we didn't even want to leave.

Fantastic room, very clean and spacious. The staff were fantastic all around and very accommodating. A great experience all around. This for sure will be my go to hotel in Sofia
