Very friendly stuff, excellent breakfast, very nice spacious room. I would definately recommend this place!

Very good location - close to the airport and subway station. Private parking lot free of charge. The room was clean, no unpleasant smell. The kitchen equipped with refrigerator, kettle, microwave oven and other necessary kitchenware. Descent wi-fi. Friendly and helpful staff, there is a reception, no problems with check-in and check-out. It was warm in the room due to effective heating.

Practically small flats for rent, there's fully equipped kitchen so you can coon your own meal, a living room and bedroom. Just 12-15 min walk from the main train- and coach station. There's a supermarket nearby and a tram stop (number 18) towards the city center (8 minutes). It was clean & excellent value for money. There's a coffee machine at the entrance.

There was no one at the reception at the time of arrival, but you receive mail with all necesary information so you could easy enter hotel and rooms.

The flat was very comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed my stay and felt at home throughout my time there. Everything was well maintained and pleasant. The location is very convenient, just a 15-minute walk from the city centre. The ability to adjust the temperature to my preference made the stay even more comfortable. Nikolina & Mira also helped me arrange parking in a nearby gated parking area they collaborate with. While it may not be the most modern or secure parking in town, I didn’t face any issues

Excellent apartment,cozy and clean.Great location,walkable distance to the center(10 minutes) and accessible to public transport(metro station 4 minutes away).Easy to find and access.Communicative and helpful host.I highly recommend it for your short stay in Sofia.

Excellent location. The apartment was very nice and clean. It was quiet, allowing us to get a good night’s sleep. It had all the amenities we needed, including a dishwasher, washer, tumble dryer, large fridge, cable TV, and even a Nespresso coffee machine.

cleaness... from 1 to 10... i will give 11 chek in- less then 1min chek out- leas then 10sec staff- u think that the staff is ur best friend

I had an amazing stay at ZaraApartHotel. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The location is excellent – quiet and peaceful, yet just 12 minutes from central Sofia and easily accessible to highways for exploring the area. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay in Sofia!

The apartments are clean, calm and have a garage. The beds were confortable and rooms were well isolated so i was able to work while the rest of the folks slept in the bedrooms.
