Very friendly staff. The lady helped us to book the taxi ( unfortunately I don't know her name). Next was a young receptionist, very friendly as well. Good coffee machine. The room was very clean, very basic but comfy.

The place was super clean, furnished nicely and with taste, it was super quiet too. The check in outside of reception hours was also adapted to a very convenient check in method. Will definitely book this place again for any future stays, and will recommend to others!

It was absolutely stunning. It was like a 4-star hotel without service. Nice apartment full of modern facilities. Nice balcony with a good view down to the street. Even from outside it looked amazing. And the prize was absolutely fair for this category.

It was spacious and very bright. We requested from the staff to organize a cake and wine for a special birthday and they were very responsive and cooperative. They even gave us a late check out option. A big thank you for the staff.

The location is fantastic, the apartment exactly like you can see in the photos and the option of parking just infront in such a central apartment is priceless.

The flat was very comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed my stay and felt at home throughout my time there. Everything was well maintained and pleasant. The location is very convenient, just a 15-minute walk from the city centre. The ability to adjust the temperature to my preference made the stay even more comfortable. Nikolina & Mira also helped me arrange parking in a nearby gated parking area they collaborate with. While it may not be the most modern or secure parking in town, I didn’t face any issues

Beautiful room in a nice neighborhood. Everything (S/M, cafe, restaurants) are next to the building. %-6 km from the center. Excellent area for "car Travellers" because of easy parking. Helpful and polite staff in reception.

Very good budget option. Location is great. close to metro that gives easy travle to airport or city center. Also close to the supermarket Kaufland. The room is clean and feels new. Good bathroom and shower. Its very quiet there. You get a keycode to enter. Good internet. Good TV.

I had an amazing stay at ZaraApartHotel. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The location is excellent – quiet and peaceful, yet just 12 minutes from central Sofia and easily accessible to highways for exploring the area. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay in Sofia!

I thought the description said the apartment was by the metro (which is why I choose it), so was surprised that it wasn't and I had to take cabs into town.

So glad we found these apartments as they will be our next go to spot when in Sofia. Immaculately clean, new facilities, nice dining area and living room area with a huge TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with new cutlery, coffee machine, dishwasher and more. Bathroom has great waterpressure and hot water was not an issue any time of the day. The building is very new and looks like the manager takes great care of it. Check-in was smooth as well as check out, the apartment is spacious and only 10min to the center of Studentski neighbourhood.

The man who work on the reception is very good.

A lovely quiet location just a few minutes walk from the city centre. Secure and free parking available. Clean room and very kind hosts. Fast internet 24/7. I highly recommend this hotel.
