Very beautiful luxury hotel nice clean rooms friendly staff totally recommend

Very nice and clean renovated studio with good views and excellent location. I particularly liked the bay window in the corner. Owner communication was active and fast.

Nice, clean, comfortable apartment 👌 Spacious and well equipped. It was well heated before I arrived. Great location. Very supportive host and smooth check-in, check-out process.

Apartment was airy clean and very smart the location was great very easy to get everywhere fantastic Chinese restaurant within 10 mins absolutely loved our stay

The flat is very comfortable, modern and decorated with taste. It is in a quite and secured area, close to a supermarket which is a bonus and one of the best Greek restaurant in the city.

A bottle of red wine and bread sticks were waiting in the room for me

Nicee location and very comfortable apartment + very nicely host 😇

Check in was easy (by code). Clean room, comfy bed

Very clean and comfortable, suitable for families with one kid. Highly recommend it.

The hotel is new, and the location is great, because it's close to the bus station and the train station. The room I was in was good, and everything you need is there.

Coming up to our stay; managers were very informative and easy & quick to contact. They were really helpful and did accommodate our needs. The person who met us at the property was the same. This was a perfect stay for our 4 people group. •Location is perfect. Its walking distance to touristic attractions, public transport, food&drink spots, shopping district, grocery stores, government offices and more. •Apartment was very clean. No dirt or dust around, sheets, towels etc were all clean. Hot water was always available and the heating was more than enough despite the cold weather. •Kitchen had no function issues. Everything was working. There were a good amount of glasses, utensils, plates etc. •We didn't have any issues with noise within or outside the building. •It felt safe enough. There is a digital-key exterior building gate, then an interior building door with a key, and then your own apartment door. •Elevator!

Very good place. Very clean and good vibe

Clean apartment very close to the center. The parking lot is 100m away, but there is a 24-hour security guard, so that's good.

Quite luxurious experience! Very friendly staff and clean amenities.

The host was so kind to allow us early check in. Everything we needed as a family we found it in this flat ,there was even coffee machine with plenty of capsules for us to use. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. The nearest metro station is like on 1min walk from the building.

I was pleasantly surprised by Avenue Hotel. We had a one bed apartment that was tastefully decorated. Comfortable super king bed. Breakfast was good and held in the café next door. All Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner can be had at the restaurant next door.

This is our best place in Sofia. We come again and again

It’s a good area. Very secured apartment with a good view. 5 minutes to supermarket and metro station including bus stop.

A great apartment for a family, a very beautiful location, everything is in the apartment, the 7th and 8th floors have large and spacious apartments for families with many children, an above-ground parking lot and two underground parking lots with neat and numbered parking spaces where you can park your car. The manager, Ivelin, is a charming guy and a great man. He was always available for us and for any questions or problems. Independent check-in and check-out, but Ivelin makes sure to send you everything in detail, an unforgettable experience.

Comfortable stay in ideal location. Fully equipped kitchen with tea/coffee available was a nice touch up and a self check in was a real saver for me as i arrived very late in Sofia

The best place to accomodate in Sofia !! Near aéroport, very calm, confortable. Everything helps to have a careless stay.

The location is very good, the main oneself has a large room facing the sun is very comfortable

I would like to give more than 10 points! It is a wonderful place, all brand new, beautiful. Fully functional kitchen with living room, balcony, big shower, very comfortable bed. Lots of light, many plugs, heating can be perfectly regulated. For summer there is air condition. The hotel is managed by a mother and her 2 daughters, perfectly combining all necessary expertise, being it IT, general management, practical advice, any kind of support or help needed. You have a question? They are there in the morning or reply any time of the day within minutes via WhatsApp. One feels perfectly taken care of but with all freedom one wants. A perfect situation. The house is located in a very calm street but within short walking distance to all major places to visit in Sofia, metro not far away, café next door, little shop with all daily necessities just opposite, big supermarket in 10min walking distance. Also easy to arrive from and to get to the airport. THE place to stay in Sofia! I will definitely come again!!
