The hotel left a wonderful impression! The location in the city center was a huge advantage — we’re glad we chose this area and didn’t consider other districts. It’s clear that the hotel is new, with modern design and a cozy atmosphere. The fragrant towels were an especially nice touch — a small but very pleasant detail I haven’t encountered in other hotels. Thank you for a comfortable stay! If we visit Sofia again, we’ll definitely choose this hotel

I'm feeling sad to be leaving here. Daisy (I hope I'm spelling it correctly) was the person who gave me the warmest welcome I've ever experienced. Every time I saw her, it felt like seeing a close friend. She made me feel at home. The hotel is perfect. The service is flawless. Everything is very clean.
