The communication with from the host was prompt and professional. The facility was squeaky clean, spacious, and comfortable. The weather was cold and upon arrival the studio was warmed in advance. The studio itself was spacious with comfortable bed and big enough to have a little front room area and a desk with a fridge. We had a complementary bottle of mineral water. We needed parking and after a reservation during the booking we had a parking spot on the property for a very reasonable additional cost.

Hotel Lozenetz is only 200 metres away from the European Union Metro Station for easy access to all destinations in the centre of Sofia and offers modern rooms, private parking and free Wi-Fi.

Everything was perfect. Even the underground parking was as we expected. I can conclude that the negative comments for the underground parking space were written from guests which are not good drivers 😉.

This place is waaay better than it looks on the pictures. The quality of the bed and shower installations is superb. I had my concerns about the hanging bed, but it is fixed in a way that you would hardly notice it can move. Upon arrival, the temperature in the room was deliberately set high (very considerate on behalf of the host, btw), high enough to feel very comfortable under any circumstances ;). Pay close attention to the overhang mirror on the ceiling, which gives full broad view of the entire bed. Coupled with the dim red LEDs encompassing the room, this completely annihilated every bit of modesty in my partner.
