The hotel room was warm and clean. Everything was great.

The room was a bit small but it was well designed and very comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious and made the stay feel more relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, offering a generous selection of both savoury and non-savoury food in the morning.

Clean, cozy, well located place. The room was amazing, we had the christmas room, it was really cute. The staff were also amazing. Near the hotel, you'll find places to eat, exchange, grocery store, pharmacy and everything you need. Will deff be back!!!

I liked the hotel and its location. It is really close to all public transport which is easy to use. The staff was really friendly and they took into account my changed situation in a way that I would not have dared to expect, so I am really surprised and grateful for all the help and flexibility. It was really a very kind and special gesture. The breakfast was good and luckily it started already at 7 in the morning. I will use this hotel also in the future

It was a beautiful hotel, gorgeous sauna and pool, and the staff were unbelievably kind. When we checked in, they noticed my birthday was upcoming and sent up a plate of little cakes and cookies and grapes. Can’t recommend it more!!

Very helpful and professional staff. They have a great understanding of what service means. The managress was very client oriented and was always suggesting providing help to make the guests feel at home. Breakfast and lunch were awesome, and I got to taste Bulgaria wine and Rakia. Spectacular service from the tall receptionist lady with directions and tips of places to visit and how to commute to the destination. Will definitely be an ambassador to this hotel

The location was perfect, a minute away from Serdika station. Even though it is in such a central place, the apartment is really quiet. The apartment was clean and it had lots of stuff inside. Great place!

I liked it because it was in the very center of the city

The music house is exactly the same as the pictures, it is a such lovely place, comfortable, witb a lovely music decoration, with heating hahah (it was -6 when we were there.) Near metro station (2min), 10 min walking to the Vitosha Boulevard, really near all the tourist attractions at Sofia centre, also surrounded of lots of supermarkets and restaurants. Easy communication with the host, Alex also provide us a guide full of tips about the place and the city, with amazing tips of restaurants and things to do. It was an amazing experience. really recommend it.

I like that they booked me a single bed... the new building is spacious, Im glad they booked me there since the main hostel is already full. The new building is quiet, there is no lounge where you stay. I Like that since I am just travelling for few days so I needed a place to stay.

We liked this hotel so much. There was nice woman at reception, we had a nice room, and used this great spa center. As we leaved at night, we got our breakfast in the box, and it was mega cool.
