I liked the hotel and its location. It is really close to all public transport which is easy to use. The staff was really friendly and they took into account my changed situation in a way that I would not have dared to expect, so I am really surprised and grateful for all the help and flexibility. It was really a very kind and special gesture. The breakfast was good and luckily it started already at 7 in the morning. I will use this hotel also in the future

Everything was just perfect . The hotel is very nicely decorated, clean and well managed . The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good with lots of choices and coffee. The spa and swimming pool is a nice addition to the hotel which is very clean and relaxing . We will definitely come back to this hotel. A gem in Sofia.

I stayed at Lion hotel for a week and I would like to express my positive feedback about Katy and Lidia receptionists. On the day of my arrival Katy checked me in to the room at 6 am without making me waiting until 2 pm and I consider that a great gesture. After a long travel I was very tired and needed long sleep. And Lidia assisted me with check out and called a taxi and made sure the taxi driver will drop me to correct destination. She also advised great locations in Bulgaria to visit. Her great experience in the past as a travel guide made me quite impressed. In addition I want to say that this hotel is just amazing, perfect spot, easy walking access to major streets, large rooms, 24/7 hot water in the bathtub, delicious and generous breakfasts on the cafe near the lobby, great view, some rooms have a balcony. Comfortable beds, coffee machine with coffee sache, tea and brown sugar available for free, shampoo, shower gel and soap, clean towels and every day room cleaning, comfortable bed. Elevator is available in the hotel. Thank u for your hospitality! Will come again 😊

The location is excellent, it's right in the city centre with the metro station literally few steps away. The appartment is nice and comfy with a balcony situated to the calm courtyard area.

The music house is exactly the same as the pictures, it is a such lovely place, comfortable, witb a lovely music decoration, with heating hahah (it was -6 when we were there.) Near metro station (2min), 10 min walking to the Vitosha Boulevard, really near all the tourist attractions at Sofia centre, also surrounded of lots of supermarkets and restaurants. Easy communication with the host, Alex also provide us a guide full of tips about the place and the city, with amazing tips of restaurants and things to do. It was an amazing experience. really recommend it.

Excellent apartment in the heart of Sofia. Close to everything a traveller would want to see yet at night, it was very quiet.

The studio was clean, nicely decorated, and in a very strategic position, nearby the metro station and all the main attractions. The host, Alex, was super communicative and kind. He even gave me great food recommendations!

Lovely host, super fast and clear communication. Excellent location, 5 minutes away from most downtown tourists sites. View of the Catholic Cathedral and the Eastern Gate of the old city of Serdica. The apartment is situated right on top of a subway station. Clean and cozy place. The internet worked very well as well. Great explanations of how to find the entrance and the codes to unlock the doors.

The apartment is very big, has windows on three sides so no matter what time of the day it is there is always a lot of natural light. Very well located less than 5 minutes from Serdika Station.

Everything was just like in the photos, very cozy and clean 🩵 The location amazing, just in the heart of the city. And the lady with whom I was in communication was very helpful always.

Very friendly staff and very convenient location. A few minutes walk to the nice mall, to Vitosh Blvd and to the Serdika metro station.

Dali the receptionist is very funny and hospitable, he saved me washing my clothes soon as possible!

Old Han- Hotel from the ottoman area turn into a hostel! There is a curtains and safety box with a charger on the beds! The staff is friendly and helpful and they got a large hang out area!
