Our host at the front desk was possibly the nicest we’ve experienced. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Stoyan advised us of a great little hidden gem for breakfast, and allowed us to check in a bit early to rest. He was just a genuine legend. The hotel also was fantastic - with modern fixtures and comfortable bed. Our tv was enormous!

Is was a new building,modern nice neighbourhood with new buildings. The kitchen was new, modern furniture, when we entered the room , the smell of cleanliness was a pleasant surprise.The room was very hot and the bed comfortable! Although we arrived three hours earlier than the check in, they were able to give us the key to our room. Thank you very much !

This place is amazing. Great concept with the cooking academy, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean with modern equipment. Excellent bedding as well, functional and not noisy at all AC. The rooftop bar has an incredible selection of cocktails and drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Breakfast is of great quality with minute made eggs (you get to choose between scrambled, omelet and “au plat”) and delicious homemade bread + viennoiseries (as said, your baker is talented!). Last but not least, the swimming pool with view all over the city and mountains. What else would you like? The tram station is literally in front of the building and brings you in the center in less than 10 minutes. We will be back, best hotel experience I had in a while. Great value for the money too.

We liked the location – beautiful view of the mountains and close to the Paradise shopping mall. Convenient two-level underground parking (charged separately at €10, not included in the room rate). The hotel is modern and stylish. Good climate control system, comfortable bed, and very soft and pleasant carpet flooring. Delicious and varied breakfast, friendly staff. We arrived late, around 10–11 PM – had no issues with late check-in. Check-out is at 12 PM, but we were allowed to leave the car in the parking lot for almost 2 extra hours free of charge. Overall, a great experience – highly recommended.
