Great location, great vue, great room, very clean, and the best of it all, the hosts! The hosts were very kind to me, very helpful and welcoming. I felt like at home! Thank you again for your kindness and hospitality.

We had a great stay at Villa Black Sea in the downstairs apartment. The apartment is big, with plenty of natural light and view to the garden. The attention to details in the design of the apartment is stunning! Spotless clean, new furniture, air conditioning, kitchen appliance (everything you need). The owners are very friendly people and they helped us with the car more than we have expected. The owner spent hours in talking to his friends in order to find the issue with the car and even offer to tow the car to the national road. Owners like them are difficult to find now days! I will definitely recommend Villa Black Sea and for sure we will come back!

Our stay at this house was absolutely fantastic. The location is perfect: surrounded by stunning nature, just a 5-minute stroll to the sea, and a scenic 75-minute walk from Balchik. We stayed here with a large group of 14 people, and the house accommodated us effortlessly. We spent our mornings in the cozy dining area and well-equipped kitchen, and our evenings on the lovely veranda, enjoying the BBQ in a peaceful setting. To top it all off, the jacuzzi and sauna provided the ultimate relaxation every single night. Practicality was also a plus—with 4 bathrooms, there was never a queue, even with a group our size! However, the true highlight of our trip was our host, Slavi. He was more than just a host; he was a guide, a travel agent, and a true friend all in one. Since we arrived during Orthodox Easter and all the local shops were closed for the holiday, he went above and beyond to help us get groceries further away. Even with the off-season making Albena very quiet, Slavi showed us around and ensured we had the best week of our lives. We would return to Bulgaria for Slavi's hospitality alone. Thank you, Slavi—you are a legend!

Very quiet place , easy access to a beach and Albena beach too, near Botanical garden , good restaurants around. Host very friendly and helpful.

The host is very friendly and the communication was easy. The house is well equipped and the host was very responsive to our needs. There is plenty of room for everybody, there's a bathroom for every floor. The rooms are big enough and nice.

We were met by very friendly hosts and the house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The views from the place are amazing and it is a quiet area, which suited us. The pool was clean and a great temperature (we stayed in early July) and the garden and outdoor areas were well tended and pretty, with plenty of comfortable places to sit in the shade and sun.

Very good position, excellent view, welcoming and helpfull personell, cleanliness, definitelly one of the best properties from area

The location is superb. Yes, we've seen the bad reviews, but we chose to come here for the location. Staff was amazing, from the people at the front desk to the gentleman helping us with the luggage and restaurant staff, everyone was amazing! The restaurant manager was very helpful and staff always kept the tables cleared. The room was kept clean, fresh towels and bedding every other day. The pool was also clean and staff maintained it every day. The animation team was also very sweet and made sure everyone had a great time at the pool. As an overall impression, the best things this hotel has are it's staff and location. Upper management should really invest in the building because it's a real shame for its potential. Food was of a less variety than what we've seen at other hotels here, but it was good, fresh and tasty. The snack bar was exceptionally good, with sandwiches, pastries, ice-cream and doughnuts. Drinks were also very good. We loved the coffee here.

The food, staff atmosphere were amazing! Everything was done great! I would definitely recommend to friends.

Clean sheets and towels. OK food. Working aer conditioner. Good coffee.

Proper 5 star hotel with direct beach access. 1st quality food cooked by proffesional chef. Room very clean, very comfortable bed. Indoor spa, pool sauna are included, very nice for beginning of May. Staff very well trained, professional and helpfull. Bonus: for the paid parking (10 leva per day at the reception) you get free access in Albena resort, free underground parking at the hotel (if available), and, in my case, I got free EV charging, available are 380 and 220 V sockets.

Overall stay at the Maritim Amelia Hotel exceeded all our expectations! From the very first moment, we was struck by the cozy atmosphere, the style, and the impeccable cleanliness. The staff here is outstanding. Every employee genuinely cares about the guests, is always friendly, and ready to help at any moment. You can feel the high level of professionalism and the seamless teamwork under sensitive and attentive leadership. We’d like to express the special personal gratitude to the hotel Manager—Mrs. Elena Ivanova. Your personalized approach to guests, amazing attention to detail, and ability to create a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere make for an unforgettable stay. Thank you for your hospitality and care! We will definitely be back!”
