We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nora. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We really appreciated the hospitality.

We had a great stay at Villa Black Sea in the downstairs apartment. The apartment is big, with plenty of natural light and view to the garden. The attention to details in the design of the apartment is stunning! Spotless clean, new furniture, air conditioning, kitchen appliance (everything you need). The owners are very friendly people and they helped us with the car more than we have expected. The owner spent hours in talking to his friends in order to find the issue with the car and even offer to tow the car to the national road. Owners like them are difficult to find now days! I will definitely recommend Villa Black Sea and for sure we will come back!

We spent a week at Villa Exotica and we had a wonderful time. We had apartment #5: it was composed of a large room, a smaller room, a bathroom and a balcony. The balcony gave upon a ravine filled with tall trees and bushes; for this reason, the temperature in the house was never too warm, and we never needed to turn on the AC. At night it was pleasantly cool. There was also a common kitchen with everything you need for cooking and serving meals, a terrace with several tables outside in the shade. The whole place is very quiet, due to the thick tree barrier. We had a wonderful rest. The owners are extremely nice and very hospitable and friendly. Mr. Teodor is very organized — once you get to the village, there are several signs indicating where the villa is, and he was waiting for us and explained how everything worked (including the electric gate; you can park your car inside the locked gates). The towels were changed daily and the bed linen after 3 days. This is a perfect getaway place for a family looking for peace and quiet!

We have seen a villa of this level, style and design only in Sardinia, where the prices are at least 4-5 times higher and even then you will not get such characteristics. A really fashion place with a great sea coast panorama, with lots original italian furniture and lightening, crystal pool and very nice yard. Appreciate a lot!

Very friendly staff. Even out of high season, everything was well organized. The studio was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant offers a really great variety of dishes to satisfy every possible preference.

Wonderful quiet location with fab views. . Not far to a nice beach. The steps to the beach are not too bad if you rest as ypu go (may be difficult for very small children ..) The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms decorated tastefully.. There is now air conditioning in the kitchen.. Responsive host. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The perfect place for a seaside holiday in Bulgaria. The accommodation was equipped with absolutely everything necessary: clean rooms, gazebo, ping pong table, audio system, large courtyard, sauna and jacuzzi, hot water - basically all the facilities for a big group. The owners were very kind from the very beginning, they even provided equipment for canoe and paddle boards. Definitely a place where we will return with pleasure. Thank you for your hospitality!

The host is very friendly and the communication was easy. The house is well equipped and the host was very responsive to our needs. There is plenty of room for everybody, there's a bathroom for every floor. The rooms are big enough and nice.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation! The house was new, immaculately clean and featured beautifully decorated interiors and outside areas. The pool was fantastic, offering a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The house itself was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, including glasses, pots and pans, forks, spoons, casseroles, and even a mixer. They also provided towels for both the bathrooms and the pool for all 7 or us, which was a thoughtful touch. Our host was incredibly nice and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect place for our family of seven, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Everything was great, pool is clean and warm. Good wifi connectivity. Ice generator and mineral water in lobby 👌. Nice sea view.
