I went there around 10:30 PM, the gentleman on the reception from Egypt (I forgot to take his name but I will always remember his smile & service) was very welcoming, he noticed it was my birthday, and he gave us an upgrade and i asked for an extended check out and he was very supportive too. We were very happy with him. Went to our room, bed was super comfy, everything was clean and room was large.
