Good central location, nice breakfast and buffet dinners available

From our arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived very late at night and were exhausted after 27 hours of being awake traveling and they made the check-in process easy for us. The breakfast selection was simple, but good and enough food. The gym is located a very short walk from the hotel and had all the basics, which was great. Many sights within Centro is walking distance from the hotel and even a supermarket (Angeloni) is very close to the hotel (you can see it from the road infront of the hotel). We rented a car and they parked it in the hotel’s underground parking each time and brought it out when we needed it - so parking was indeed safe and the service was simple and good. As we’re celebrating our (10 year) wedding anniversary on this trip they made it special for us with a lovely chocolate cake in our room.

Great customer service! In particular, Emerson (the manager of the hotel) was a great guy who I enjoyed working with! I'd recommend anyone to go there and talk with him.

The view from the rooftop. The breakfast was very good, the coffee was delicious. Was walking distance to everything. It was super clean. The employees are very honest and polite. No one speaks English or Spanish. Good money value.

Very nice studio, easy to get in, and good communication with the host. Had to send photos before coming, but then I could simply enter with facial recognition. The studio is nice and clean. Internet worked fine. No desk, so had to use the kitchen table to work, which was not super comfortable. AC worked well, and cooled down the entire studio instantly (and it was super warm when I stayed in Floripa). It's within short walk to city centre, supermarkets, etc. so good location. The host allowed me a late check-out, so I could go directly to the airport for my afternoon flight. I would definitely stay again if visiting Floripa centro.
