The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The Inn was full of character with a friendly crowd. I paid extra for breakfast and boy was I happy about this, even though it already came with unlimited coffee and snacks! I had my own terrace and separate entrance to my room - with an amazing bathroom with all the toiletries I needed, from cotton buds, to clean towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner etc. I well equipped BnB - would gladly stay again.

This was old an hotel that gave the experience of an old west hotel. It was clean and quiet with great staff. I would highly recommend this place I just loved the stay.

We arrived early and asked if we could have a room on the ground floor so we didn't have to climb up stairs - and we were given a room with a view of the river and the huge dinosaur, so that was great! The hotel was close to several restaurants for dinner options. Breakfast was good - especially making our own pancakes! Free parking was great.

I especially appreciated the personal touch of the owners who recommended restaurants that were off the beaten track but simply excellent. The owners of the Heartwood Inn, were willing to keep my cream-sauced leftovers in their fridge until I was ready to drive home which meant I could use them. The room and bathroom were really clean and comfortable and I appreciated my room's access off the parking lot combined with an excellent security system. The wifi was strong.

Very convenient and comfortable. Great location with sunrise view on very large dinosaur (opposite parking lot side). Great little kitchen with everything you might need to fix yourself up a meal. Breakfast was included (from 8 to 10 am) but we unfortunately had to leave early and didn't get a chance to try it. Room was clean and toasty.

I love the location and being able to walk quickly to a great grocery store right in the same parking lot. The rooms are always clean and I love having a balcony to see the surrounding landscape of Drumheller Valley! Parking is very convenient. The elevators are a little jumpy, but it's just a manual breaking system and there's a lot of signage to warn you! The staff is always so kind and helpful! Close enough to downtown if you're up for a walk! I've stayed here 3 times now to go to the museum. Always a great choice.

Great location, close to all amenities and had a few restaurants right in the parking lot which was very convenient. Ground level room with a dog was great and easy to access outdoors. Breakfast had a good variety and seemed to be restocked well.
