it was clean and comfortable. They understood our request very well and accommodating. pool was extremely clean. Only problem we had was we found a cloth that as hidden behind the furniture. Breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfast we had.

The ground floor of the hotel was undergoing renovations, but we did not feel any discomfort or noise. The room was newly renovated and exceeded all our expectations! Great breakfast. Large parking. We will definitely come back again!

The price is great for the room that you get. Staff is very nice and friendly, they helped me to resolve an issue with booking and also landed me some stuff I've forgotten at home. Room was clean and cozy, most important to our family was no smell of cigarettes, or any bad smells in the room. This was my first time staying in this hotel and will definitely come back other time!

Good Wi-Fi, there is a refrigerator, hairdryer, coffee. There is a gym in the hotel. Also, in the morning at the reception, you can take ready-made coffee or tea in unlimited quantities, the coffee is very tasty! Friendly staff! Good price for the room compared to other hotels in this city.

The staff was super friendly. The room was huge and clean—easy, free parking. There was a nice trail behind the hotel to walk our pet. The breakfast was excellent and well-kept. We could sleep with our window open because it was very silent outside.

I love a motel that you can walk in directly from the parking lot. So much easier to load and unload luggage. The two bedrooms were great for my father and I. This place was super clean!! Great value.

I chose Twin Pine & Suites as a cheaper alternative to the huge prices of Jasper and other Rocky Mountain accommodation. Yet, it is reasonably near to the mountains. The staff, free parking and WiFi are all good.
