The parking at the back was good. The staff were helpful and it had a communal kitchen downstairs for heating up our food. Not all motel/hotels have that.

Right for the start it was fantastic. At first their was a mixup. My wife has MS and they had us on the top floor ( just steps going up) they didn't get my request for bottom floor. The Clerk went out of his way to accommodate us. The breakfast was fantastic the rooms were well cleaned and maintain. There was some issues with room but that's from getting older. We would stay there again. Staff was Excellent. We would recommend this Place too anybody. Thank you Very Much. Keep up the awesome job well done 👏

Clean quiet rooms, was upgraded to kitchen suite, but didn't need it. The breakfast is always really good. It's easy to get to, right off the highway, but still quiet.

Medicine Hat Airport is less than 10 minutes’ drive from this hotel. Park Lane Motor Hotel Medicine Hat offers a games room with darts and free Wi-Fi in every room.

Everything was awesome! The staff was outstanding and so helpful. They gave us an early check in with super short notice. The room with clean and came with everything we needed. The pool. Oh the pool! Best hotel pool Iv ever stayed at. So much fun. I love the consideration they took to create a splash pool for little kids unlike most pools that are deep the whole way through. 10/10. Cant wait to come back!
