I liked how one of the staff helped me with a issue I had with the security key box and resolved very quickly

We arrived by bike and were allowed to store them inside which was really nice! The staff was very friendly, and dinner was tasty! We did not expect this, as the location is right beneath the highway. AC in the room was nice!

Laura welcomed us with great hospitality in her spacious, luminous and very comfortable room with a Zen atmosphere. The room was very clean and well appointed, with great attention to details, luscious house plants and even a kitchenette. In the morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast served to the room. The staff were always quick to respond and sent pictures to explain directions and check in. The bed is comfortable and the whole apartement was very clean. We were only here for a night but staying longer would also be nice in my opinion.

Really nice room with not just the basics but very thoughtful details like children’s books. The terrace is wonderful and though no breakfast available you can easily make your coffee or tea. Host super nice.

Nice apartment downstairs with good amount of space and all the needed accessories. Parking right next to the entrance. They place is also very easily reachable both by car and public transport from Como, Milan and Locarno. Public transport network is great both in Lombardia and Ticino. This is a good option to stay if you want to go around Lake Como for example. The owner's dog also came to greet us. :)

The location en route to Piemonte made it the perfect place to stop for the night - what a surprise!!!! This hidden gem with an amazing restaurant was the best thing we could have come across after a long car journey.

The location is very convenient for visiting Lugano, Como, and the surrounding lakes area. We easily reached Como, Cernobbio, and Lugano. The property is clean, spacious, and quiet.

Excellent welcome from the host, helpful and attentive. I came for 3 nights, the room was spacious and comfortable enough. Everything was impeccable, correct equipment. The hotel is a few minutes from Chiasso train station, there are restaurants and food stores nearby. Breakfast is served by the host, according to your request, there is also the possibility of making a hot drink or having a cold drink on the ground floor during the night.

Massive house ,lovely host, super clean inside , quite beautiful location and bonus toys for kids to play and keep them occupied.

Location was good….just a walking distance from the Fox Town Outlet Store where we went shopping. Will be staying at this hotel again in the future.

Clean and comfortable room with great views of the Muggio Valley. Lovely terrace for breakfast or evening meal and Emanuele, the owner, did everything he could to make me feel at home.

Top value. I chose this place because everything was booked in nearby Mendrisio and it was the only place still available. In fact it's a gem. The restaurant is amazing (and full of local people and families in the evening, which is meaningful) and my room was top. Plus, you can walk/hike to Mte San Giorgio from there if you're after breadthtaking views. It's some minutes from Mendrision with the train, and the staff let me the keys hidden outside for my late arrival. Highly recommended.
