I had a fantastic stay at the Flag. The new building, that is very modern and furnished to a high standard is good located. Making it easy to get around. I started my bike tours from there. I really appreciated the great amenities of my room, including a nice kitchen and a lovely balcony. Gladly again

Lovely clean hotel . The staff were very helpful and polite. Even though I could have taken the free bus to the centre, I walked. The short 10min approx walk is along the lake which is lined with trees and benches. The scenery is amazing!! I would highly recommend this hotel. My room was lovely with a queen bed and balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountain. 🤗🤗

Sister Taranzia and Francisco the caretaker gave me a warm welcome and their hospitality went the extra mile. I was offered a meal even though the kitchen was closing and enjoyed the tranquil setting of the guesthouse restaurant. I would thoroughly recommend Santa Birgitta for it's high quality accommodation and friendly staff. Breakfast times were flexible to suit my travel needs.

Beautiful and unique design like a 50s American Motel. Very fun to discover the different decorations. They picked a theme and really committed to it, creating a very unique look. Good breakfast and restaurant. Very friendly staff. Parking available on site. We stayed a night each for a longer trip to Southern Italy (so we did use it as a motel), and it was perfect for that. Close to the highway, too. Very convenient for a stayover, plus fun to stay at overall. Will come again if we do another trip along a similar route.

It's an absolutely stunning view, relaxing and beautiful location. We loved celebrating Christmas and New years in Lugano, and we are definitely going back again as there are a lot more to see in the surroundings. We thank signora Stella, who has been a very welcoming and friendly lady and is also available for any help. Highly recommended!!!!

The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and it's much quieter than the city center, offering stunning lake views all to yourself. The rooms are also very clean, spacious, and cozy. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

My stay at Marge’s place was truly special. Everything was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully arranged — from the wonderful bed and spacious shower room to the beautiful sauna and cosy fireplace. I’m already looking forward to coming back in winter to enjoy the sauna and fireplace. The most magical part was the breathtaking view over Lugano and the surrounding mountains. Relaxing in the jacuzzi in the evening while enjoying the sparkling city lights was simply unforgettable!
