From the check-in instructions to the check-out process, everything was explained with perfect clarity. The manual for the appliances inside the room was also very detailed and easy to follow.

A Hidden Gem on Lake Lugano. Villa Patria is a stunning boutique hotel nestled right on the shores of Lake Lugano — and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. The decor is tasteful , the location is unbeatable, and the views are simply breathtaking. One of the highlights was being able to walk just a few steps down and dive straight into the lake. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented But what made our stay truly special was Carmen. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

Breakfast was great and very nice location. Staff was very friendly. Very clean and modern premisses. Beds were comfortable and climate control inside the apartment was the best part, so we can have a good night's rest.
