Beautiful and unique design like a 50s American Motel. Very fun to discover the different decorations. They picked a theme and really committed to it, creating a very unique look. Good breakfast and restaurant. Very friendly staff. Parking available on site. We stayed a night each for a longer trip to Southern Italy (so we did use it as a motel), and it was perfect for that. Close to the highway, too. Very convenient for a stayover, plus fun to stay at overall. Will come again if we do another trip along a similar route.

Great location not far from the city center. The room and bathroom were newly funrished. The owner Matteus was extremely friendly andn helpful. We had a nice breakfast in his café. The free parking is a great advantage of this place.

This is a brand new hotel with full of nice decoration, comfortable furniture. You shouldn’t expect a high luxury but in Lugano area there is no such hotel with this budget

I had a fantastic stay at the Flag. The new building, that is very modern and furnished to a high standard is good located. Making it easy to get around. I started my bike tours from there. I really appreciated the great amenities of my room, including a nice kitchen and a lovely balcony. Gladly again

This is such a lovely place, run by people who care and want their guests to have a good time on their stay, they care about details and you feel the love that has been put into the house.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the bedrooms were spotless, with clean sheets and towels, plus lovely little chocolates waiting for us. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. We were warmly welcomed, and the communication was always quick and efficient throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the wine, coffee capsules, water, and chocolates, they made the experience even more special. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back to stay longer next time!

Claudia sent detailed instructions on how to get into the apartment. Very well maintained and clean environment. Ideal for a quiet overnight sleep.

Everything was amazing. Accomodation has great connection to the city. Room was clean and has ventilator for hot days. My room was facing garden so no noise from the road. Best part of this accomodation is the owner, who is the nicest lady ready to help with everything. Different homemade jams for breakfast were my favourite part. I would definitely recommend.

Dirty, if you arrive after a certain hour you cannot enter, check in is horrible, smell of cigarettes I couldn’t sleep
