Apartment Christl by Interhome
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the Best Stays of My Life! From the very start, this stay was an absolute pleasure! The owner met us upon arrival, and although we don’t speak German, Google Translate made communication easy—and even fun! She was very clear and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The apartment occupies the entire first floor of the house, so soundproofing is not an issue at all. It’s super warm, the bedding is fresh and cosy, and the mattresses aref. But the real highlight? The kitchen! It’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—including an oven, a filter coffee machine, and even all the essentials for making fondue! The location is also fantastic. There’s free parking right by the house, and the Kalpetran Train Station is just a minute’s walk away. You can reach Zermatt in under an hour. We took a car from the apartment to Täsch (an incredible 20-minute drive) and then switched to a short 15-minute train ride to Zermatt. I would be absolutely happy to stay here again—one of the best experiences ever! Highly recommended! 🚞🏔️🔥

We had a fabulous stay at Clarino. The hostess was lovely and very responsive. The village of Grächen, which was beautiful and scenic, was within a short walking distance from the property and there was also a bus stop directly out the front. Great skiing was to be had up the mountain, as well as easy access via public transport to Zermatt. We would gladly return to AZ Apartments again, and highly recommend it to other travellers.

If you go to Zermartt, this will be a good choice! The town is very quiet. The view from the balcony of the room is so beautiful! Perfect holiday!
The place is just great. We are very happy about our stay. The room had everything we need and there was a beautiful view too. Parking in front of the property, shops and restaurants close by. Angela the host was very nice and helpful. We would highly recommend stay in Pension Taverne.

Something rare in Switzerland in my view (and I am a Swiss person), owners are actually genuinely trying to help and do not make a face when you speak English to them... I did not feel I was bothering when asking for smth, which again, is rare in Swiss hotel family owned... Refreshing :-)
