The host is incredible. Very communicative and caring. The apartment is very comfortable and has breathtaking view. I'm still dreaming about staying there. There's an elevator which takes you to the 3rd floor. The windows are equipped with insect screens so, can be wide open during summer. Location is right by the lake and in a quite neighborhood which is about 15km from Lugano Train Station. Will definitely go back there again!

look no further, this is true 5 star hotel, the staff I willing to do any think to make your stay pleasant, the location is exceptional the lake in both side of the hotel, have a coffee in the morning while facing the lake is worth all the money, each room have a balcony, and do not worry they have think of every thing; the balcony have glass so the wind will not bother you, close the grocery less then 5 min walk, easy entrance and exit to the highway and Lugano is 10 min drive

The family room was quite big for 4 people. The living area fits one sofa bed and one foldable bed. There are sliding door to separate the bedroom and living area totally which was ideal. Bathroom and toilet are large and separated. The food and service in the restaurant was fantastic, we stayed on Christmas Day had lunch and dinner in the restaurant and both were tasty! The breakfast buffet was great and extensive! Very happy with the location too, just at the bottom of the funicular.

Staying here was such a pleasant experience.... The location couldn't be better!! Just a short walk to the city hospital, close to the lake and surrounded by great restaurants and shopping centers. It was so clean and quiet, much better than downtown noise. Price-quality ratio was really perfect!
