This was even better than expected. Somehow the pictures do not do justice to the incredible views and the elegance of the rooms. We had a big one with a great balcony overlooking the castle, the lake and the Mt Blanc. It was just pure beauty. Two bottles of water and a reasonable wifi. Breakfast was just perfect, in a calm and beautiful setting, with everything you may need.

great location for our trip. check in area and dining room looked good but not open so we had to eat out and breakfast was served in their meeting room. Our room was on corner with a view which we requested but I believe we were upgraded. bathroom tub/shower needs to be upgraded as the shower water leaked out on the floor if it hit you wrong. Prefer room with shower only as the tub was a little deep and hard to get in/out of. no staff at hotel in the evening so we had to take our key and I believe know the code to get in. Some cases the door was unlocked.
