We had a pleasant stay. The room, bathroom, and balcony were all very spacious and clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The view from the balcony (mountains) and the terrace was very relaxin

Great atmosphere and service. Great coffee and fantastic food. Perfect stay and very pleasant hosts.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, the location, the staff, the breakfast, the views, incredible experience from start to finish...even if it was for one night

Just near the motorway! We stopped end of June just for overnight rest. The room was very big and clean. Very clean bathroom and towels. Very comfortable bed for both of us, very clean bedding and comfortable pillows. Check in at any time, 24h concierge. Very nice staff. Plenty of choices for breakfast and very tasty coffee. Breakfast from 6am to 10am. Check out by 10am. Plenty of parking. And very good curtains, to make the room dark, to my liking! AC working as intended. Small fridge that was cooling well enough. And all the rest you can and should find in a 4* hotel. Got the room with very good discount in the app so, yes, good value for money.

Very large and clean apartment. Highly recomended, expecially for families.

Lovely large terrace. Good sized bathroom. Quiet effective air conditioning. Incredibly helpful staff.

Location. Price. Food. Prosecco.

Communication with host was fantastic, for the cleaining service too. They replied to my requests fast and were very heplful. Definitely reccommend it.

Very comfortable accommodation and friendly people

We had a long journey, travelling through 12 countries and even though we arrived late in the night, the owner waited for us, for welcoming and instructions. Then, getting in, was a real nice suprise: a large apartment with a very well maintained furniture from 70s- 80s , with no smell of old... everything arranged with a very sense of design. Except for the kitchen and the batroom which were modern endowed ... very nice ... it was a pitty we were not able to stay more in the area ... then, many welcoming goodies and coffe available ... Grazie !

After staying at this place, we’ll have a really hard time finding a comparable one for our next vacation. The owners gave us a tour and suggested things we could do in the area. They were extremely helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. The main highlight of the place is how incredibly clean it is! it felt like we were into our own home! Well-equipped with two large bathrooms and a spacious kitchen for the whole family, it’s located in a beautiful and convenient spot for our outings, with a well-kept garden and on-site parking! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!! Our love and best wishes from Greece.

The house was gorgeous and very cozy. Both the queen size bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The host, Mr Gianluca anticipates your every need and makes sure your stay is absolutely perfect. The private parking is just around the corner and Arzo is very close to major cities and lakes in the area. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be back.

Everything was fine, very recommended
