I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Hotel Lazareto, and it truly felt like a home away from home for me. The breakfasts were nice, with such generous portions that I often packed a little something to enjoy during my day trips around the area. Exceptional Staff and Comfort The owners couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive—always a friendly face at reception ready to help with a smile and engaging conversation. My room was clean, with reliable hot water every time, making everything feel comfortable and welcoming. Peaceful Location Nestled in a quiet village spot, it’s about a 30-40 minute walk along the shore to Mindelo, which I loved as a relaxing way to start the day away from city hustle. We had the best stay! The breakfast was extremly good, with different variations every day. The host and her family are lovely. They were very friendly and helped us with early check-in and a taxi from the airport. The location is perfect, right between the beach and and the city center. The whole apartment is very clean and there is a cozy living room that can be used.

Elisa is a great host! She always helped in what needed. The place is near the center, 10 minutes and 2€ in táxi. Finding taxis is not a problem. There’s reception until 00h00. There is a supermarket inside the building until 20h00

The location is very convenient to visit Mindelo by foot and even the very nice Laghina beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a good breakfast buffet to start the day.

Casa Comba is a great choice for a stay in Mindelo. The property is clean, well-located, and offers reliable Wi-Fi, a delicious breakfast, and a lovely terrace. What truly sets it apart, however, is the outstanding hospitality of the local staff. Friendly, welcoming, and multilingual, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. They assisted me in renting a scooter and generously shared their knowledge of the area, offering valuable tips and recommendations.

Breakfast was good. Great location if you are able bodied and can walk. Great view of the town. I would stay again. I walked alone through this neighbourhood as a white guy with no issues day and night.

Absolutely fantastic! The T1 Ferias apartment in Mindelo was everything we could have hoped for and more. It’s spacious, beautifully equipped, and thoughtfully prepared with everything you might need: a washing machine, an upper terrace perfect for drying clothes, a full range of cleaning supplies, coffee capsules, a water purifier, and fresh water readily available. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making everything easily accessible. On top of that, the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Truly a perfect stay—highly recommended!
