Everything was perfect with our stay, beautiful apartment, very polite host, gorgeous countryside, absolutely cannot recommend this enough!

The surroundings, the atmosphere, the romantic bed. Free parking is available a short distance from the hotel, and you can reserve parking directly outside the hotel.

It is a duplex house, with a bedroom, bathroom and hallway downstairs, kitchen nice big living room and small terrace (with roof, that you can completely close by windows). Downstaris is a little patio, with a few meters of small gras-garden. It was perfect for the dogs to just go out in the evening while we were hiking through the day.

A very cozy house with a very nice living-room. Great that we could use the fire place - it made our stay even more warm and cozy. Nice location. The house is full equipped, like at home. You can find everything you need. Great for family with kids !

Thank you the host for the amazing house and all the facilities. We enjoyed our vacation and staying in this place. Jacuzzi and Sauna add more fun and relaxation after a long hiking in the forest. The house is located good for exploring the Efle region. The big thanks for the towels in different colours. Kids already asked when we will back to the place again, and we definitely will.

Everthing was great and every morning there was a wonderfull breakfast.

Can we just say everything? 😄 The beds were fantastic, the air purification ventilation units done the job too. It was extremely warm here at the time of our visit but the facilities were on hand to help us to deal with the heat. They looked after my mum, who was visiting from Scotland so well that when we got her to the airport, she said I've decided to stay if only just to go back to the hotel in Steffeln 😭 The sauna and hot tub area are absolutely incredible with multiple resting areas whatever the weather may be. Breakfast selection was great with many hot and cold dishes, home made and locally sourced jams and ofcourse coffee and tea for us caffeine heads. 😋 We only ordered at the restaurant one evening but the meal we got was absolutely mind blowingly good. Salmon lattice cooked to perfection, with sweet carrots inside that just really all complemented each other perfectly. They even had a small selection of great Scottish whisky to complete the experience. Next day we had a good wander around the village and up the hills which was fantastic despite the temperature being high 20s / low 30s. Visited a working milk farm just on the edge of town which I'd advise anyone to go do, 2 more lovely people and a whole bunch of animals met. Just before check out I had such an amazing time getting a neck back and shoulder massage from Karin which really sent me to another world. Perfect end to our short stay, I'm sure we will be returning soon as my wife is in love with this place as much as I was.
