"Everything from start to finish was excellent. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, the treats offered, the cleanliness and organization of the pool and spa, the cleanliness and stunning appearance of the castle section where we stayed, and the dinner — in a word, it was a flawless place. I’m planning to come back and stay longer next time."

The staff are fantastic, attentive, friendly and helpful, especially Michaela and Nicole, this was my third time staying here and I’ve gotten to know them a little better. They make me feel welcome, they book my taxis to the event I attend, they cook tasty breakfasts and have good drinks, they take an interest in me and my friend as a person and make the experience personable, they really go the extra mile for their customers!
