From the moment I arrived, I was thoroughly impressed by the warm and genuinely attentive welcome I received. The professional and multilingual staff demonstrated an exceptional level of service throughout my stay—always courteous, helpful and obliging. The hotel offers outstanding value for money, with rates that reflect superb quality without compromise. My room was impeccably clean and spotlessly maintained, featuring modern furnishings, a comfortable bed, a well-stocked complimentary minibar, and fast Wi‑Fi (over 25 Mbps) included in the price. Even during a particularly warm spell, the hotel offered thoughtful gestures like including the minibar at no extra charge to maximise guest comfort. I particularly appreciated the superb breakfast buffet, which was varied, fresh and well presented. The dining atmosphere was inviting and relaxed, turning the breakfast lounge into a real highlight each morning. The location couldn’t be better for both business and leisure travellers. It is just a four-minute stroll to the Siedlung U‑bahn station and within easy reach of Stuttgart’s top attractions, including the Porsche Museum, Wilhelma Zoo, and Solitude Palace—all reachable in only a short drive. As an eco‑certified hotel (Green Key), Mercure consistently delivers on environmental responsibility, from renewable energy and LED lighting to organic and locally‑sourced food offerings. It’s both comfortable and conscientious—a rare combination. We have stayed at this hotel many times because of it's proximity to the motorway, a reasonably-priced petrol station and local eateries as well as the magnificent park. The staff are welcoming, and so helpful - after our last visit they acted on feedback and my wife had a different gluten-free bread offering and we were were given a room with a lovely view of the park. As ever, the breakfast was magnificent, and whilst the bathroom is small there is plenty of hot water with a powerful shower. It seemed that they have replaced the quilts and bed linen - lovely crisp white cotton and generous, warm quilts were fabulous.

Very clean, modern and easy access. Surprisingly quiet when the windows are closed. Everything can be reached by foot, which ist very convenient.

Location, facilities in the room and shared spaces.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen, with all you can need, lots of spices, coffe and tea. Wonderful balcony. Quiet neighbourhood. Easy to get the keys from a locked keybox and good instructions provided to collect the keys. Good wifi. Lidl is just around the corner. Bus stop just outside or 15 minutes walk to the train station.

Absolutely amazing breakfast and very helpful staff.

We stayed at the hotel during EURO 2024 and it was amazing. Hotel has a friendly and profesionalno staff and bar that is open for the most part of the day. Highly recommend breakfast option as breakfast was delicious. Hotel is on a good location with close proximity of the U-bahn station (20 min to the City center).

Exceptional experience staying here! We loved the location, the free parking, beautiful, clean, and modern apartment! The small garden was perfect for relaxation and fresh air. Near the center and the U Bahn. Hosts were very reliable and friendly. I would definitely book again in the very near future.
