I cannot praise the BELSERS Hotel in Nürtingen enough. What started as a very frustrating business trip turned into an unforgettable experience of exceptional hospitality, thanks to the wonderful staff. I was travelling to Germany for work when Lufthansa/Eurowings lost my luggage. It was a Sunday evening, the airport offered absolutely no practical help or solutions, and I was left with no change of clothes and, more importantly, nothing suitable to wear to work on Monday morning. With the shops closed on a Sunday, my options were extremely limited. When I explained my situation to the hotel receptionist, she was incredibly understanding and immediately started looking for ways to help. She suggested several possible solutions and eventually said she would try to find me some shirts. She also recommended a local restaurant for dinner, so off I went. What happened next was absolutely extraordinary. While I was having dinner, the receptionist arranged for a clean shirt to be delivered to me at the restaurant so I would have something suitable to wear to work the following morning! And amazingly, it fitted perfectly! But what makes this story even more remarkable is that she had actually borrowed the shirts from her own brother! I was genuinely blown away. This was a Sunday evening, and she had gone completely out of her way, even involving her own family, to help a guest she had only just met. This was far beyond anything I would ever expect from a hotel. The following day, she had even organised a few more shirts for me. Meanwhile, her colleagues had also been extremely helpful, recommending somewhere nearby where I could buy additional clothes. Thankfully, my luggage finally arrived the following day. As for the hotel itself, BELSERS is brand new, and it really shows. Everything is fresh, modern, beautifully presented and thoughtfully designed. The facilities are excellent, the surroundings are lovely, parking is convenient, the restaurant is fantastic

L&K Apartment
Absolutely loved this apartment! It was spacious, exceptionally clean, and felt just like home. Everything was well taken care of, with all the necessary amenities – a fully equipped kitchen, dishes, shower, shower gel, hairdryer, washing machine, and a separate bedroom. The additional outdoor blinds made the room completely dark for a perfect sleep. The area is quiet, and the large TV, cozy atmosphere, and warm interior made the stay even better. The garage was safe for parking. Great location – just 10 minutes from shops and the old town. There was also an extra double bed, perfect for another couple or kids, making it ideal for families. No need for a hotel – this is even better! Private, comfortable, and simply perfect. The host was incredibly attentive and professional, giving us a thorough tour of the apartment, explaining everything, and even providing great recommendations on where to have a delicious dinner and breakfast. He genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
