Friendliness of staff. The breakfast. The location, very convenient. All was great

Everything was great. The breakfast was perfect. The staff is really professional. We forgot a coat in our room and they shipped it to us! We would recommend this hotel to everybody traveling in the area. The beds were comfy, the room had everything you need. Lots of towels and the bathroom was well equipped.

The family room was very clean. Towels and hair/body wash was provided in the room. Perfect location. Nice staff. Breakfast with extra money from 4.30 am.

The mattress was fairly firm. There was electricity, running water, a toilet, a roof, and a small inner courtyard for parking — probably enough for 2–3 cars at most.

Great location, parking lot is right infront of the hotel. The rooms have a simple design, but all is clean and nice. I will for sure use this hotel on my next trip to Hamm. Can recommend a 100%.

Super clean, beds are new and comfortable, windows were open and room was ventilated for us. Superb place to stay! We looking forward to stay again!

It appeared to have just been renovated and was very clean, with a spacious feel throughout. The shower space was also large. The terrace is on the opposite side of the street, so it's very quiet even with the window open. The view is great and you can enjoy the scenery far into the distance. There's also a microwave and electric kettle, and the refrigerator and freezer are both large, which is very convenient. The washing machine also worked well. I was able to watch BBC and CNN on TV. There are also three heaters, so I'm fully prepared to stay warm even in winter.

Everything was perfect 👌 The hotel is on the centre, but despite of it we spent a very quiet night there. The staff is very friendly! Especially we loved the large bed, it was really cosy.

It was spacious, good sized rooms, the kitchen had all the appliances for a stay and the balcony was nice.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
