Very good staff , lost my documents hours before and staff was very helpful , we figured everything out so that i had a place to stay , and the place was excellent , i would recommend , 10/10. Will stay more at the hotel 👍

This accomodation was so clean and comfortable. The staff is so kind and friendly. There is no air conditioning so it might be difficult in the Summer, but in September it was okay with the curtains and fan. FYI, There is no lift. There were several restaurants and coffee shops nearby that open on Sundays. I wish I could stay longer but the room was fully booked for the following days.

This is the hotel to stay at, I have stayed all over Frankfurt and this is a gem. I call this a smiling hotel! I never stopped smiling from the time I arrived until I left. Lovely staff and spotlessl and a great location.

The staff there are very responsible and friendly, I arrived almost 21:30 in the evening to check in,they waited for me, even called me to make sure my arriving time, was really great. They also give me a upgrade with the room, which made the stay even more comfortable. The room is very clean, well eqipped and the bed also comfortable. I will definitely book this hotel again.I recommend to others.👍😊 btw, the location of this hotel is very good, near the river, can take a nice walk. also near bus station and train station to airport and Frankfurt city center.

A very wonderful place to stay with family..

The match between what was advertised and available at the place.

Very convenient for early flights from Frankfurt. Only 2 stations to the airport by S-Bahn. There is a small refrigerator in the room so that you can prepare your meal. There are a Netto supermarket and a REWE supermarket nearby.

Really nice spacious apartment. Everything was clean and the hosts were very welcoming. It was nice to have the welcome treats and fruit too.
