A little dated but clean and we had a view of the river. Beds were clean and comfortable

Everything was great! The room was huge (comparing to the ones in hotels in Netherlands). We have stayed here 2 nights. The room was very clean, the bed was very confortable, the food was great, the hotel staff behave politely, they were all very nice! And the Haldern Pop Bar is right across the street <3 Thank you!

It is in a lovely rural location, we were given a two bedroom apartment for two adults & 1 child when in other hotels everyone is crammed in one room

Spacious room with comfortable bed, everything was clean. Plenty of parking. Staff is very polite and friendly.

One of the best accommodation we have ever been. Every thing and every detail in the room has its sense. Everything is comfortable. Hosts are friendly. If you don´t mind to be a little bit apart and to use the car or bicycle to visit local sightseeing it is a perfect and quiet place. You cand get Xanten or Rees within couple of minutes by card. To Holland (Arnhem and Nijmegen less than one hour by car). If there will be a chace, we like to come back.

The view, the peace and quiet, the wildlife, the Rhine and all its ships, the apartment as a whole, and the lovely host. Very relaxing stay with all we needed and wanted. Perfect, recommended!

Exceptionally furnished - very stylish and comfortable. Tanja was a really attentive host, and we had everything we needed. The town is quiet with some interesting features. Our girls loved cycling on the safe, easy paths to the sculpture park, playground and Rhine promenade. One of the beds is in the open living area - no problem for us as we read about this in advance. Easy parking, and safe bike storage. The apartment stayed very cool during the heat wave. Plenty of interesting things to do within a short distance - we particularly enjoyed Xanten archeological museum and the brilliant Rhinebad swimming pool.
