Hotels with Parking in Steffeln

Can we just say everything? 😄 The beds were fantastic, the air purification ventilation units done the job too. It was extremely warm here at the time of our visit but the facilities were on hand to help us to deal with the heat. They looked after my mum, who was visiting from Scotland so well that when we got her to the airport, she said I've decided to stay if only just to go back to the hotel in Steffeln 😭 The sauna and hot tub area are absolutely incredible with multiple resting areas whatever the weather may be. Breakfast selection was great with many hot and cold dishes, home made and locally sourced jams and ofcourse coffee and tea for us caffeine heads. 😋 We only ordered at the restaurant one evening but the meal we got was absolutely mind blowingly good. Salmon lattice cooked to perfection, with sweet carrots inside that just really all complemented each other perfectly. They even had a small selection of great Scottish whisky to complete the experience. Next day we had a good wander around the village and up the hills which was fantastic despite the temperature being high 20s / low 30s. Visited a working milk farm just on the edge of town which I'd advise anyone to go do, 2 more lovely people and a whole bunch of animals met. Just before check out I had such an amazing time getting a neck back and shoulder massage from Karin which really sent me to another world. Perfect end to our short stay, I'm sure we will be returning soon as my wife is in love with this place as much as I was.

Easy access from the road, very comfortable bed, tasty meal, multi lingual staff

The staff, the location, the view everything was excellent. They are also very pet friendly. I found it very thoughtful that near the back entrance you can find fresh towels to wipe for dog paws after the hike. Also they have a huge parking area so for sure you don’t stay without a parking spot. We will definitely return. :)

Property is VERY spacious, I absolutly loved it, having that space is great, if I stay in this area again, 100% booking here. Loved it. Town has a few nice restaurants all walking distance,

The decoration based on all kinds of crime series is fun. Very good breakfast buffet and dining facility with plenty of room, also to sit outdoors.

Location and hospitality is good. Overall it is a pleasant stay with nice people and nice location.

Very clean and great facilities

This really is one of those properties that is deserving of more than a score of 10. The Apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and incredibly well equipped. The wonderfully welcoming owner who greeted us could not have been more helpful. She gave us a comprehensive tour of the facility and took a genuine interest in our plans for our visit. The kitchen equipment and facilities were all excellent. The bathroom was huge and both fresh and clean with plenty of towels. Our bedroom was quiet and airy which meant a great nights sleep. To the rear of the property was plenty space to park alongside the lovingly tended garden. Our hostess told us we were welcome to make use of the outdoor space and enjoy some outdoor living if we wished. The only difficulty for some less mobile would be access which is by spiral stairways. I found these quite easy to negotiate and to carry up luggage even as a 70 year old myself. The pretty village was surrounded by easy and very scenic walks. This area, the Eifel, is part of Germany that many, including ourselves, have tended to overlook in the past. I can say now that was a mistake. The landscape is peppered with old volcanic features that add so much interest to the many great local hiking opportunities. We would love to return and enjoy more of this wonderful part of the world sometime soon. Just one more plus, the living area has a door to a small balcony which was an amazing place to sit in the evening watching hundreds of House Martins swirling around with a magical scenic backdrop to enjoy. The value for money here was second to none.

House Kellisch is just amazing. Peter, our host, met us on arrival and took incredible care to make sure we had a nice visit. even heated up the hot tub for us, so we could take a plunge right away. The place itself is plain beautiful. There is so much love and personality that's gone into the place, from the curated artworks to the interior design and comfort to the little things, the ones most hosts forget about, making sure you have a good selection of crockery, etc. It's a property full of heart and soul and visiting will be good for your soul. It certainly was a holiday we won't forget. If given the opportunity, we will undoubtedly be back.

We stayed at Pension Rodenburg on our way to Cologne with two kids. It’s extremely clean and well thought out. The pension is in a small and very quiet village. A lovely couple runs it and they are fabulous. The whole experience was nothing but amazing. There is a small bar downstairs (also run by the owners) where they serve local beers if you like a pint after a long drive. It is the best option for a quiet stay if you are in the area and makes you ask why people pay a fortune for hotels with cold and distant people in them. I strongly recommend this lovely place.

The pictures really don’t do this place justice - everything was brand new and super clean! Very cosy apartment in quite neighborhood, with lots of privacy. Also, the people are super friendly and very responsive.

Cosy. Everything needed is on site, including firewood. Communications are friendly and helpful. By car it's closely located to lovely tourist places like Kasselburg Castle/Eagle and Wolfpark Kasselburg (10min), Gerolstein (12min), Adenau/Nürburgring (30min) and a lot of lovely places along the river Kyll. Great roads and paths for walking/hiking uphill from the tiny house

Stepping outside the door you can immediately start hiking along beautiful trails.

A super nice house with all the comforts you need, really modern inside. It feels like you’re in a Roman villa, with loads of space around it. The area is nice and quiet, right in the middle of nature. You can park on the property. Definitely recommended. We had a great time!
