Very convenient location. Nice breakfast choices, both hot and cold. Cute biergarten right outside on the weekend. Lake ferry stop just across the street. If you don't need your room serviced the next day, tell the front desk and they give you a 4 euro coupon to use at the bar/restaurant.

Great location, walking distance to everything.. got a bigger room, so can't speak of the single room but the double was plenty big 😅 , clean and comfortable.. Amazing hosts, good breakfast.. bicycle place in the locked garage.. Easy to find thanks to large signs..

The view over the lake was stunning, both from the room and from the breakfast room terrace. The room was cozy, well-appointed and charmingly Bavarian in style. Best of all: the receptionist, a young man who made it a point to speak your language (he surprised me with how good his Spanish was) and absolutely helpful, mailing us some stuff we forgot in the room. To top it all off, breakfast was also very good. I definitely recommend this place which, although a bit strenous to get to on foot from the lake below, is definitely worth every cent.

We had only one night at Caro & Selig, but it was super enjoyable! We arrived at late night hour and the staff was super nice and attentive. The room was spacious, everything looked new and clean. Bed was super comfortable (both for us and our toddler who had a nice crib) There is air conditioner in the hotel and the rooms (super important on hot days!) Breakfast was rich, including variety of specialty of the region. The hotel has a parking attached (fee). The hotel located in middle of Tegernsee, short walk to lake promenade.

This was our 3rd time to Tegernsee (previously stayed at Das Tegernsee & Uberfarht Seehotel) and this was our preferred option. Great location, good sized apartment and plenty of restaurants nearby which took the sting out of hotel meals. Parking was also free which was very expensive at the Uberfarht. We traveled with our 7 year old, she loved the bed, playing in the spacious gardens with swings and toys. It’s also great to get out of Rottach for access to the wider region.

Location was great, we arrived on a very busy day for the town and parking was limited but the hotel accommodated our car. We had a lovely room with 2 balconies and a nice view of the lake. Breakfast setup was excellent

Easy to find with free car parking (although it did take us a couple of attempts to locate the car park entrance. The staff and owners are lovely and speak good English. The rooms are large, clean, well appointed, comfortable and quiet. The restaurant serves excellent food at a reasonable price.

The property exceeded our expectations. It is probably one of the most stylish hotels we have ever been to. Everything is very new, modern and visually pleasing. Restaurant on site was great as well. Private underground parking was spacious. Gym is quite small but still nicely done. Spa area is super cute. There is also an outdoor terrace to sunbathe.

This hotel is brand new so everything is clean and everything works. Or does it? See below. Great location just up the hill. Nice rooms and decor. Good bed linen. Good bathroom. Car parking. Friendly staff. Roof top bar with fantastic views. Nice enough spa & pool & seating areas.
