The location is amazing. Every day the view from our balcony looked more beautiful. We were lucky to have stayed a week in November when it was bright sunshine so we were able to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Cycling is so easy as the hotel really is in the middle of the forest but glad we had e-bikes as steep slopes all around. The bridge directly into the forest was an instant immersion into to Schwarzwald. We also took advantage of the wellness program and did qi-jong in the fresh air and reminded ourselves to slow down and breathe! The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to our waitress Anna too.

Truly grand hospitality and family friendly place. Never experienced such a level of professionalism and care from staff. Owners personally come to interact with hotel guests every evening during dinner, this really makes it special. They are fully integral part of the business. Food was exceptional including the buffets. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature, kids friendly, high quality holidays. Will come again. Thanks a lot.

We were so welcomed after a long difficult journey and the staff went above and beyond to look after us. The relaxation area is stunning, quiet and beautifully clean.

The family were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The views were beautiful and the location great for accessing many locations in the black forest. There are stunning walks and runs right from the door. We enjoyed watching both the sun and moon rise from our balcony. The apartment was a really good size and it was very clean and well equipped. Everything was perfect! It was clean, a calm environment to rest, not far from all the hikes we wanted to do and very friendly staff. Would recommend it to everyone!

The welcome, the facilities, the host, location, information and cleanliness. Everything was provided for a family of 4. We were met promptly at check in and made to feel very welcome, with lots of tips and suggestions for our family holiday. The apartment was warm, modern and very clean. I couldn't recommend this apartment and area enough. Thank you.

Everything was as described, the pool is small but perfect for after-dinner swimming, and with kids to play in. The table tennis and the football table is also great area. It was quite at night and beautiful surroundings
