Nice 2 days stay, clean and comfortable, good breakfast, gentle staff, our dog was warmly welcomed

Amazing staff, location was just right for me, good breakfast.

We arrived earlier than our check-in time and even though we couldn’t get in to our rooms straight away, we were able to use the pool and sauna hours before. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful and the coffee machine in the reception area ,where everyone could help themselves freely, was amazing. Our rooms were fantastic- One of the rooms was very modern and the other one was typical German style. Everything was really clean and comfortable and we had beautiful views of the sea. Breakfast was plentiful and there was something for everyone.

Room was Awesome, breakfast was very full, reception and restaurant staff were super. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Close to station, shops & lakeside

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and all the rooms are well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The Wi-Fi works very well! The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook just like at home. Communication with the hosts was quick and efficient. The cleanliness is excellent!

Julia was the kindest and most friendly host we've ever encountered. They're new to Booking.com, but they're a well-known family in the area, so you can trust them definitely. The house is beautiful and very cute, just as seen in the pictures. It's small but clean and has everything you need. The garden is beautiful and surrounded by nature. The kitchen is functional. The beds are comfortable and clean. The only downside is that the bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms, but if you're a family or close friends, you won't have any problems. It's 50 minutes from the airport and 35 minutes from Munich. We rented a car, and we parked it easily on the street where the house is. The host, Julia lives upstairs. She was very helpful with everything we needed. She offered many recommendations for sightseeing, like a friend. Tutzing is both a beautiful town and a good location for many places in Bavaria. If I come back to Bavaria we would like to stay here again.

The studio is great, very well furnished, the garden offers a nice place to relax and Andreas is a great host. Internet was good for working from there as well.

From check in to check out all our expectations were met

Amazing view, calm place, and clean. Everything was new and modern. We loved it! Owners are very "gastfreundlich" happy to help, assist and just amazing. We were with our car, very easy to park move your luggages etc.

So well located near the town centre on a quiet road. There was a nice restaurant opposite & plenty more pubs & restaurants in town a short walk away.
