What truly set Sunset Samana apart was the sense of exclusivity we experienced. Despite being in the midst of the season, we found ourselves completely alone in the hotel, adding an extra layer of serenity to our stay. Moreover, the clean and comfortable rooms, coupled with the convenience of private parking, ensured a hassle-free experience. Exploring the surrounding area was a delight, with numerous beautiful public beaches offering secluded spots for ultimate tranquility. Additionally, the proximity of restaurants within walking distance made dining options easily accessible. David, the owner of Sunset Samana, deserves special praise for his warmth and hospitality. His friendly demeanor and invaluable tips for trips enriched our experience, making us feel truly welcome and cared for. Having traveled extensively across the Dominican Republic, including stays at top-rated Punta Cana hotels, we can confidently say that Sunset Samana has captured our hearts. Without a doubt, it's the place we will wholeheartedly return to on our next visit.

The room/cottage was very clean and comfy. Everything worked fine. The host was very friendly and helpful and was always reachable for us. We could even check-in earlier, which was very convenient. A big bottle of water was provided and coffee to enjoy in the morning. Pool was clean and the parking space was spacious. Within 10 minutes of walking you are in the city center and at the beautiful beach. We can recommend the room for a short stay.
