We loved our stay at Casa Marmol! We initially booked 2 days but stayed 4. The family was lovely and took great care of us. Irma always had a smile and offered many suggestions for activities in Riobamba. I celebrated my birthday there and she made it extra special by baking me a cake! . Excellent attention! We had a medical situation with the altitude and the hotel stuff immediately called an ambulance that helped us a lot as part of their included services. Food, cleanliness, and friendliness was top and we will definitely be coming back if we have the chance.
