Really nice place. An oasis inside the city. Very comfortable rooms. Secure parking. Very nice breakfast. Super friendly host.

I’m giving this stay a solid 10 across the board. The apartment looks exactly like the photos on Booking—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully arranged. Israel, our host, was warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. There was always plenty of hot water, and while we only made coffee, the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The apartment is located in a fairly quiet area, making it easy to get a good night's rest. Like many places in Ecuador, you might hear the occasional barking dog, but it was never disruptive or constant. I woke up feeling refreshed every day. One highlight of our trip was visiting the nearby Botanical Garden “Las Orquídeas”—a must-see. Be sure to take the guided tour to fully appreciate the 25-acre rainforest conservatory and its incredible biodiversity. In short, I highly recommend staying here—this is a top-notch apartment in a perfect location for exploring Puyo.

Everything was fine. Location is close to bus terminal but you might need a taxi to get to the city center. The room was clean and there was hot water shower.

Well-positioned close to the bus station, restaurants and shops. Comfortable, convenient, secure, good Internet, self catering. Hot shower. Landlord Carlos responsive and helpful.

The apartment was clean and had everything you need. The owner is very friendly and helpful. She even respected my wish of a vegan breakfast and provided what I asked for.

The hotel is well placed with bars and restaurants a short walk away, the room was ideal, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, The hotel staff were friendly, hard working, and very helpful,

We enjoyed three wonderful days and nights in this paradisiacal resort. Its rooms are enchanting. There are beautiful, thoughtful details everywhere you look. Elisabeth and her husband Jery are excellent hosts and very friendly, happy to help with any requests. The breakfast is first-class. You can also prepare your own meals in the lovely kitchen or use the ordering service. Restaurants are also available outside. An oasis for a longer stay.
