We arrived at 1 am. We were greeted by a welcoming and friendly night guard, the room was clean, modern, comfortable. We had a good sleep. Everything was lovely.

Good location in the mall and super clean

Breakfast is quite basic, but not bad either

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Our king-size bed was perfect, and the children’s room next to ours was ideal for the family. The staff were friendly, the elevator worked well, and the breakfast was good.

We had a fantastic stay could not believe how friendly the staff where also super clean property we really enjoyed our stay thank you!!!!

Very nice hotel, we stay here approx twice a year, visiting family. We used to stay in B&B Hotel, but found Hostal Carlos much closer to town, very nice staff, nice breakfast and rooms are perfect for our short stay. I would recommend here...it is a nice friendly safe hotel

We stayed two nights, good place to rest after a busy of walking around. The staff team are excellent, polite and helpful. 🇧🇷

Very clean rooms, friendly staff and quiet location (45-50 min to Madrid City Centre)

Location and staff. Had a slight issue which was well resolved.

Tranquilo, bonito y recomendable

I love the location of the Hotel it is near the train Station. Our Rooms were cleaned everyday. Staffs were also nice and accommodating. I was surprised they gave us something to drink when we arrived❤️ I highly recommend this place.

Everything was good. It was very near to the station and church. The location was quiet.

I but a bottle of water and they took 29euro and told me they we refund me the rest but still they don't refund anything

Nice quiet hotel ,room was a good size and bed was really comfy only there for the night so didn't do or see anything

Breakfast was better than what I have expected. Bed should be a little bit better, however overall I really liked it. Once a year I travel to Madrid and this is the spot I am going to stay.

Fantastic facilities. Roof pool is lovely. Staff more than friendly
