Beautiful hotel in an incredible location. I can’t describe how beautiful the nature is around this hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have three restaurants. One fancy one, one mid-range and a cheap cafeteria. This was very helpful. We found the mid-range option great with the kids and the food was good and affordable. Easy access to Cavadonga lakes from hotel by taxi.

Lovely place, beautiful building and all the little details (classic cars, motorbikes & old photographs all around the building). Great rooms with the comfiest mattresses and pillows. This review is for the Maria Manuela Spa hotel as we were changed to that one due to maintenance issues at The Bricial.

This is a very beautiful and lovely place for stay. The room is clean and comfortable, the bed is very comfortable, jacuzzi is perfect and dinners are delicious! I advise everyone to have dinner in the hotel - dishes and desserts are delicious!!! The breakfast is good: toasts, ham, cheese, fresh orange juice and good coffee, fruits, yogurt. It is very rare to see a house-hotel made with such love from the owners. There are green grass, beautiful flowers and amazing views. I wish the owners all the best and I would like to come back.

I loved everything here! The place is a paradise and the owners and staff are so friendly! The views are amazing, the rooms are modern and have many facilities. The jacuzzi and the sun terras are a great plus! Great place to be in contact with nature and find peace.

Restful place tucked away between 2 national parks with walking routes, river swimming and small towns/villages not far.

The location was perfect, peace and quiet of a rural location, with 3 restaurants walking distance, two of them pet friendly. Maria and Juan are great, making themselves available for any queries whilst respecting our privacy. Thanks to them for their hard work and all their recommendations it made for a very special vacation.

The property was amazing. Had been refurbished with great attention to detail.

Well equipped kitchen for cooking, comfortable sofa with blankets (nice to sit there and watch TV on rainy days!), detergent provided for 1 load for the washing machine, laundry rack for drying clothes, comfortable bed, good shower. The toaster was broken when we arrived and we were given a new one soon after - great service. Communication with the hostess was good. Beautiful vistas.

We loved our New Years in Següencu! The apartment was very cosy and had everything we needed for our stay. Claudia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to share with us the beauty of Asturias. We will certainly return in the future.
